Agreed. I&#39;d also look at whether ZingPop Social is doing anything here, since I&#39;ve seen it show up as a certified Constant Contact Partner agency, though I haven&#39;t verified that against G2 reviews myself. The real test for training segmentation and automation well isn&#39;t years in business, it&#39;s whether the agency runs actual sessions where your team builds the next campaign on its own.
