What do you like best about Employee Cycle?

The ease of use, implementation, and the customer support with Employee Cycle is amazing!

Employee Cycle has out of the box reporting and dashboards so easy anyone can use it. It allows HR and Business leaders without a technical background to get the information they need and the ability to play around with data in fun ways. You can slice and narrow down your data with any field or filter you want, and my favorite part is the ability to put in date ranges to see how you compare to the past. What do you dislike about Employee Cycle?

Visual graphics, I am not able to change the colors of the dashboards. But I am able to do so once I use their feature of exporting the graph to powerpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Employee Cycle?

EmployeeCycle allows me to generate and distribute HR data that is relevant, useful, and is presented in a format that is easy to read and understand. The consistent "loop" of data that refreshes from my HRIS system ensures that the information is current, which means it is best for strategic planning and taking action. This is a significant difference from depending upon Excel or PowerBI where it takes additional time to download, "scrub", and format the data that is received. My greatest commodity is time, and they have saved me loads of it!

I am able to respond to questions from my executives and review trends for as many years as I have collected data in our HRIS system. While the system does come with some "canned" options, it is easy to create dashboards with varying types of information that can be shared with executives based on their interests. For example, I have a dashboard that I have created that provides information on the entire organization for my COO; however, I have a separate dashboard that I created for my engineering department head that showcases information specific to his department.

The implementation team was responsive to my questions. and the implementation was done with very little effort on my part. The implementation team handled the entire integration with the HRIS system. I didn't have to do a thing. The customer care associate with whom I work is knowledgeable, patient, and makes herself available for work sessions.

What do you dislike about Employee Cycle?

The only thing I am hoping that EmployeeCycle will change is the fact that you cannot save your reports. They can be printed, but each time you want to a report you have to recreate it. I'm sure this is something on which they are working and am looking forward to using this feature more in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Employee Cycle?

As a product, Employee Cycle provided all of my immediate data needs in a thoughtful visual dashboard. With their direct integrations with my HR tools, I was able to gather increased support from Executive Leadership as a result of the data gathered. In addition, as a tool, it saved me and my team loads of time, removing the hours and manpower needed to gather data from the tools we used and synthesize it. We were able to utilize the numbers to petition for an additional employee experience budget and to adjust our programming to support our hiring and DEI initiatives. What do you dislike about Employee Cycle?

The only thing I can say that I wish Employee Cycle did better was the data collected from Lever (ATS). Though it did provide high-level numbers for showing us information about our recruiting process, I wish it did a better job at diving in on the recruiting side. That said, I've provided this feedback to Silas and Bruce, and both are working to add product updates. As a team, they are very supportive and open to Feedback. What do you like best about Employee Cycle?

EmployeeCycle has been a fantastic addition to our suite of internal tools—no more tracking this kind of data manually in spreadsheets, asking folks for updates on a monthly (at least) basis, etc.—but beyond that, the insight is sliced and diced and presented in ways we hadn't even really considered before and it's giving us truly unprecedented (for us, anyway) insight into our workforce and how we're performing as a company. What do you dislike about Employee Cycle?

I would hesitate to say there's anything I dislike about the tool. I know I need to spend more time with it personally to get better at creating custom reports but that's not a limitation of the tool, just my own bandwidth! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
