emPerform is a Very useful, web-based employee performance management software targeted to eliminate manual, paper-based HR processes and convert performance management into an ongoing, strategic business function.

**What do you like best about emPerform?**

Easy to use, great customer support, very supportive during implementation process, able to set up nightly integration transfer from HR/payroll system to emPerform which updates with new staff, departures, etc., enjoy tag feature for peer to peer recogonition

**What do you dislike about emPerform?**

would be nice if there was  more guidance on performance mgmt best practice, also there really haven't been any changes or enhancements to the system since we started using it 5 years ago

a good system for tracking performance

**What do you like best about emPerform?**

The entire system!  Having all information tied to the review, the ability to create reports with graphics for our senior leaders, and the way the workflow moves the form from one leader to the next are some of my favorites.   The compensation and succession planning modules are very easy to implement and our leaders like these features as well.

**What do you dislike about emPerform?**

If I had to pick something I dislike, I would say it's not having the ability to view all employees (if you have a large number on your team) on the landing page and once you click out of an employee, you are routed all the way back to the home page.  It's a minor item, but leaders have asked me if this ever will be a functionality in the future.  I tell them maybe!

**What problems is emPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recently partnered with our emPerform rep to create a customized report during our goal setting activity.  During this step in our process, this report allowed the leaders to review all goals set and ensure they are tied to our strategic objectives and departmental goals.  There is so much that the system can do!

**What do you like best about emPerform?**

Implementation into emPerform was painless, and I felt guided throughout the process. My account manager spent a good amount of time ensuring I am always set up for success. She is available for one-off follow-ups and to help me make changes year over year. I appreciate how easy the system is to use from an employee's perspective. We've had a great experience over the last two years.

**What do you dislike about emPerform?**

The system isn't the flashiest but I have all of the fields I need for successful annual emplpoyee evaluations. This isn't an issue but I find it challenging to make larger changes on my own. It isn't an issue because my account manager is great and will always jump on a call to walk me through the changes I want to implement.

**Recommendations to others considering emPerform:**

One of the best things about emPerform is the customer service and as someone with a small HR team, having that hands-on support has been a lifesaver. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a well-round utility system.

**What problems is emPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With emPerform we implemented an annual performance plan for each employee. We can collect and share feedback through the plan (calendar) year and prompt quarterly check-ins between managers and employees. Additionally, we built out a more concise year-end review process.

I love how customizable it is. We are able to create whatever we want for our departments.

**What do you dislike about emPerform?**

How many little details there are that can be missed when creating them. But that could also be chalked up to me needing to pay more attention to detail

If you are looking for a way to make a performance review have everything you need, this is your site.

This is really helping us keep our employees on track for performance reviews. It is saving me time from having to send out individual reminders constantly about when they are due.

Our company chose emPerform when transitioning to online performance management because it’s an easy-to-use platform that’s mobile-friendly and highly customizable to meet our unique needs.

We had to request a customized format for the printed version of the reports.

**Recommendations to others considering emPerform:**

If your company has unique demands and needs a highly flexible/customizable system, emPerform is the best choice!

**What problems is emPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can track accomplishments/performance throughout the year with journaling/tags, which are readily available during the review process, single sign-on, real-time email notifications/reminders, compensation module for bonus planning, custom reporting, etc.).

**What do you like best about emPerform?**

I most appreciate the support we've had from Ben since our implementation, who continues to guide us through utilizing the system. I also like how intuitive the system's administration is once you understand it, making it easier to create appraisals or forms to be precisely how you want them to be.

**What do you dislike about emPerform?**

The only thing I don't like about the system is the On-Demand Forms settings which can't be adjusted after launching. However, I can create Appraisals or one-off On-Demand Forms for all the same things that I may have used On-Demand Forms anyway.

**What problems is emPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently, emPerform helped us resolve issues we had with applying weights to rating scales and how that impacted our compensation model.

The friendly and helpful staff. The ability to streamline the Performance Management process. We had a successful implementation.

We would like to see a more desirable printable version of the review, one that easy to read without non-essential information.

A user friendly system that will provide data and reports once we have completed a full performance cycle.

How easy the system is for users and customizable to fit our needs.

Nothing I can think of.  I'm not very familiar with the reporting but that's lack of effort on my part.

Employees have been asking for reviews for years.  Now we have them.  The tool helps with great employees and provides much-needed feedback to underperformers.

The ease of programming, which gives more control to your clients - and the wonderful help that your employees provide when help is needed.

**What do you dislike about emPerform?**

The inputting of employee information can sometimes be finicky - for example, the search function for inputting an employee's manager, CEO, etc.

**What problems is emPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performances management for employees - bringing their goals and objectives to mind and providing a tracking platform. Benefits - managers are triggered to have the conversation with their employee and set clear objectives because of this platform.

A pretty good tool for getting employees and managers engaged in consistent check-ins and feedback.

Lacking some additional features that would come in handy.

I love that it is pretty customizable and intuitive to use! It's been helpful in filling feedback gaps.
