Highly Customizable Platform

The customizability of the platform is what really makes the system special. Being able to mirror our current performance review process in an online platform feels perfect. Our team no longer has to fit our review process around a system.

Easy to use system

Easy to use, great customer support, very supportive during implementation process, able to set up nightly integration transfer from HR/payroll system to emPerform which updates with new staff, departures, etc., enjoy tag feature for peer to peer recogonition
