Enjoy the ongoing training capabilities and performance review upkeep

**What do you dislike about emPerform?**

Could be higher performing and a bit easier to navigate

**What problems is emPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goal management and succession planning, it lays out a very clear path and keeps people up to date with goals

I feel it keeps people more productive

A pretty good tool for getting employees and managers engaged in consistent check-ins and feedback.

**What do you dislike about emPerform?**

Lacking some additional features that would come in handy.

**What problems is emPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that it is pretty customizable and intuitive to use! It's been helpful in filling feedback gaps.
