**What do you like best about EMDESK Platform?**

It has an old-style project management interface, with progress tracking and financial tracking.

**What do you dislike about EMDESK Platform?**

The interface feels old-school, and the internal file system for document storage doesn’t work properly. Overall, the architecture seems poor, with issues like references to objects that don’t exist.

Missing key functions for projekt management like team directory, team wiki embeded AI.

**What problems is EMDESK Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a mandatory tool in the EU4DUAL project, imposed on partners by Mandragon University. It hasn’t solved any problems; instead, it has only created extra work.

Collaboration: Real-time collaboration on tasks and projects is made possible by EMDESK, making it simpler for teams to function effectively.
Time Tracking: The time tracking function in EMDESK makes it easier for teams to understand their progress by keeping track of the time spent on various tasks.
Reporting and Analytics: EMDESK offers a number of reports and analytics that provide teams with information about their performance and progress.
Integration with other tools: EMDESK integrates with other tools and platforms, making it easy to use along with other tools a team may already be using.
User-friendly interface: EMDESK's user-friendly design makes it simple for teams to use and comprehend, even those with no technical skills.

**What do you dislike about EMDESK Platform?**

Reduced Mobile Features: The mobile application for EMDESK has fewer features compared to its desktop version, making it a hindrance for teams that require mobility while accessing the tool.
Cost Concerns: EMDESK is a subscription-based service and some users have expressed their dissatisfaction with its cost, particularly for small teams or individual users.

**What problems is EMDESK Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EMDESK optimizes project coordination and allows me to effectively manage multiple projects and monitor all key objectives whether as a project coordinator or a partner.
