Ellucian's 3.4 rating across 261 reviews says the no-integration-seam advantage doesn't automatically translate to a good experience. Aid living inside the SIS removes one technical problem while potentially creating a usability one. The family's award letter experience is a separate question from whether the data flows cleanly.
