What do you dislike about Emburse Spend (formerly Abacus)?

The iOS, Android, and desktop service all offer different features from each other. For example, the iOS app has no way of submitting or viewing drafted expenses, but the Android app and desktop website have the capability of viewing and submitting drafted expenses. What problems is Emburse Spend (formerly Abacus) solving and how is that benefiting you?

If the iOS app had the ability to submit and view drafted expenses, that would help tremendously. Not all of our employees are issues laptops and they don't have the capability to use the desktop app. Several months ago I was told that the dev team was working on implementing it, but it hasn't happened yet and I haven't heard any updates. Emburse easily allows for receipt upload via mobile and desktop. You can customize all GL and accounting codes, customize exports for accounting systems, and reimburse employees for mileage and expenses.

On the computer version of Emburse Spend, the Reimbursements tab shows the total outstanding; however, on my phone app the total outstanding is NOT displayed. It would be great if the phone app version also shows the total reimbursements outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
