MarketingPlatform (formerly known as eMailPlatform) was founded in Denmark in 2011 and joined the Link Mobility group in April 2021. MarketingPlatform is an omnichannel marketing platform with an integrated Customer Data Platform (CDP) allowing users to work with deep and advanced data from many different sources, such as webshop data, POS systems, ERP systems and more. MarketingPlatform allows for the use of this data to segment, target and nurture customers on multiple platforms, such as Email, SMS, App, Web and Social Media. This enables users to send the right messages, to the right people at the right time, ensuring customer satisfaction and an increase in sales.

What do you like best about MarketingPlatform?

eMailPlatform is very user-friendly software that enables us to create intelligent email newsletters and sms marketing campaigns. It is easily integrated with Microsoft dynamics and quickly transfer data between platforms in either one way or return flow. It saves us lot of time and keeps our data consistent. What do you dislike about MarketingPlatform?

I found that there were many annoying bugs which were patched and corrected with timely updates. There is nothing to dislike about this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MarketingPlatform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We mainly use it to create email newsletters and marketing campaigns. It saves a lot of time and effort by automating email marketing and always keeping check on statistics and reports on email marketing. In simple means it helps us a lot in marketing and running email campaigns. We timely send SMS and mails consisting of our new launches and ongoing offers to our potential customers.
