Simple to use and sales interface is clean.  Direct connection to our CDK DMS.

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

System seems to have 2 or 3 days a month that it is either very slow or inaccessible.  Support is no longer direct support for CRM it is a CDK support so solutions seem to take a lot longer now.

**What do you like best about CDK CRM?**

I like how smoothly the CDK CRM integrates with CDK Drive. The worksheets are very easy for our salespeople to build and very easy to edit or make additions too. I use this daily to build deals and send through to our DMS. Anytime I have needed customer support, the technical dept as been  efficient in solving my issues.

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

I with CDK was more up to date with it's texting and email follow up. CRMs are really making strides with AI and I feel CDK is behind in that aspect.

**What problems is CDK CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building deals and commuunicating to our DMS. We really have transitioned away from using CDK CRM for lead follow up.

It is very robust and easy to navigate from the standpoint of automotive dealership employees and agency partners.

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

Customer support is not the most helpful – they will attempt to assist you, but there are not always valuable solutions provided when you contact the support number.

**What problems is CDK CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elead is a great CRM for automotive groups that have multiple dealerships. As an agency partner, we use the CRM for email and SMS text campaigns, which are very easy to create and send within the platform. The database is easy to segment and the exclusion period is very reasonable.

**What do you like best about CDK CRM?**

The system works well to discover all of our customers that we have in the database and allows us to figure out how in-depth we need to be to acquire their business. We have so many customers that we get internet leads on, show up to the dealership or by phone, and we need to be able to track the conversation progress.

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

Thus far I personally don't have any dislikes. Just recently the "flow" of automated tasks has been updated for all new leads which have been a huge help so unnecessary tasks aren't created. I understand that it can't apply to old leads but maybe one day there will be a workaround to make it so.

**Recommendations to others considering CDK CRM:**

Strongly suggest this platform as it creates many opportunities to be successful in your business.

**What problems is CDK CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Same as mentioned above. The "flow" has been resolved for all new leads and making sure that salesman responds to our internet leads guests promptly to best get their business.

**What do you like best about CDK CRM?**

The analytics are fantastic. Reporting is top-notch; you can review the sales, service, and BDC teams. You can also find out which vendors are delivering sales and cut the ones that aren't, which will save you a lot of money.

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

Nothing. I love everything about eLead, from the sales team to the support team, and the tech support is also excellent. They all work so well together. You feel like you are a part of their team and not just a customer.

We were having a hard time keeping the sales team accountable. With eLead, they feel like they are managing their own business, making them much more productive at work!

The consistent errors and functionality of the software make it very difficult to prepare documents to our customers  successfully. What I dislike even more is that when you call their support line, they never are able to fix any of the problems you are having!

**Recommendations to others considering CDK CRM:**

My recommendation when you are considering Elead, is to consider something different and do not waste your time or money!

We are only creating more problems for ourselves with Elead, we are not solving any. There are no benefits that we have had that we couldn't get from a more successful CRM company.

They continue to grow in the CRM business and support all dealership platforms; simple to use and are a perfect match for us!

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

Well, this is nothing I dislike, but sometimes the auto pops get to be too many, and having to call tech support for assistance which should be in the admin tools. Well and I would get this today
and they have been down with Vegas Server issues for hours...Better Communication, alternate servers.

The benefits are that you do not lose contact, and it is a great assistant to every salesperson that utilizes this tool.

**What do you like best about CDK CRM?**

We manage several locations, so the ability to quickly and easily move between shells is a very appreciated function. There's also a campaign manager that's easy to use to execute email campaigns using marketing lists promptly.

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

Basic CRM functions are needlessly challenging to perform, and that's problematic when trying to teach people who aren't the most tech-savvy to use the software. The system isn't particularly good at matching duplicate entries either, making it hard to know which profile is the working client and not an orphan. The updates made by the company also have a habit of breaking custom functions we've had set up to perform tasks, so it feels like we're constantly reaching out to support to continue doing our jobs. The email template editor allows the use of HTML and CSS, which is excellent except that eLeads needs to inject its code into the templates, so editing your template outside of eLeads doesn't guarantee it will function as intended Inside eLeads.

**Recommendations to others considering CDK CRM:**

Make sure you do a THOROUGH demo of eLeads and compare it against other CRMs before you commit to ensuring that you're picking what will work for your business. We make eLeads work for us, but that doesn't mean everybody will make it work for them.

**What problems is CDK CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're managing several locations, and being able to move and separate information around the CRM is very useful. Previously used a system that didn't have this functionality, and we greatly appreciate that aspect of eLeads.

eLeads is also very inexpensive as far as CRMs go, and that was a big plus for us when we were looking to make a switch. That said, you have to realize its limitations also come with that lower price.

I use Elead daily to keep track of current & past prospects, track sales, trends, inventory, & overall personal sales performance.  I like the email, text, calling & note taking functionality, which are all crucial for daily sales activity. 5 Stars - I can't imagine trying to sell a car without it!

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

Sometimes emails fail & without a message sent to the user.  The only way to be sure of email transmittal is when the client opens the email or to go into the client's profile & check email status.

**What problems is CDK CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster interaction with client & managing data & records of those interactions with notes, timestamps, updated information, etc.

Being able to organize the different types of ups on the log is awesome.

There isn't really anything that is a major dislike. Biggest issue is the occasional crm having an error and not being able to use it for a while.

Being able to organize and track my up log, and be able to set easy reminders for follow up.

I like the ability to structure loans, collect credit info for applications and also email, click-to-call and write notes in the client notes field

I notice that certain other required dealer applications don't patch into eLeads as well as they could! Also the formatting could be more interested

Customer notes, client responses, texting and emailing are all possible from one software package, allowing us to effectively sell more cars

The support and functionality make this an essential part of our life.  Sales, Service, Prospecting and Handling Leads it's the best tool on the market for our 17+ stores.

The only issue is you would like more innovation, faster.

It's the only solution that doesn't fail and is easy to navigate and fairly user friendly.  While the other solutions have some sexy add on's the reality is that you don't use those things 99% of the time and eLead does everything you need with support that is knowledgeable and competent.

Very easy to navigate unlike Reynolds Contact Management, Easy to load customers. Load credit infomation and push it straight to Eleads

I wish the mobile app was a little better

The ability to multitask and the interface is modern and updated.  You can pull reports to view all sales tasks for the day, month Nd year.  You can use the mobike app to stay updated at all times. 

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

The BDC section of elead Ruin your leads. The debt follow protocol and get paid for setting up false appointments that are unqualified or not interested.

Give it a try and see if it works for you and your team

ELeads is so customization when it comes to your business!

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

The only issues I have ever had is that they have spells where the page shuts down.  But they are very quick to have it running properly again.

I would suggest to use them over any other CRM.  User friendly and good for businesses that are looking to have custom controls throughout the software.  So overall ease of use and customization are  what I like the most.  They are headed in the right direction and are improving there product more and more everyday.  Keep it up!

The CRM is the best one I have ever worked with in the auto industry.

able to maintain constant communication with customers through e mails, calls and text

you have to wait for a reply form the customer to continue to text, no response you can not send a follow up text. I understand we can not text if the respond stop but if no response no way to further follow up

make sure they get everything set up correctly when y9ou start and watch them they are prone to errors

Ease of use as well as personalization within the program. The program is very user friendly.

Sometimes the autofill categories and follow up actions auto-populate incorrectly.

Tracking of customer contact is important in the car sales industry. This program allows for appointment setting, confirmations, follow ups, and other sales tracking functions.

We used to use an older outdated crm and now we use ELEAD1ONE which after using for a while and getting used to it it’s great.

The CRM itself is incredibly powerful and user-friendly but where this platform truly shines is with the team that built and manages it. The ELeads support team have proven themselves time and time again to be a relevant resource for equipping your team with best practices. As the platform continues to evolve its capabilities as they adapt to the demands of the ever-progressing automotive industry, they’re happy to walk-through new integrations and tools that are usually added to your suite of products free of charge. Our dealerships have experienced trackable growth in lead quality without having to spend the extra cash on fishing for more leads from 3rd party vendors. Over the past 3 years of being with Eleads, we have cut our lead costs by over 50%! This means everything in an industry where eCommerce is the leading source for providing our revenue streams. We highly recommend giving ELeads a chance to earn your business, you will not regret taking this step forward in increasing your quality of services.

**What do you like best about CDK CRM?**

This company values their clients. They are constantly changing and upgrading to make the CRM faster and more efficient for its users. The entire staff will get together to work on something if you need help or a way to do things differently. I like that when I want to make a change to my workflow or follow up they make it as easy as a conversation. I've had 2 reps with this company and with the switch because one was promoted it was smooth and easy stepped in right where we left off! 

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

The mobile app works for on the road but is not as efficient as I would like it to be. I work round the clock for the internet department and adding inventory selections is difficult through the app, but that is my only complaint! 

**Recommendations to others considering CDK CRM:**

I've worked with many other CRM companies and although Eleads is still building they have the best customer support, I've never had to worry if a problem was being taken care of or if they for got about me. Try it you wont be disappointed!

Easy communication with customers. Changing the way we do things to suit their needs is #1 to us and ELeads is always helping and offering ways to make that happen. Sometimes I think about something I would like to try out and I just call my rep and he always takes care of most of the time within 24 hours.

The soft ware offers a lot of customization which is vital in the Automotive industry to achieve any advantage.  The tool is easy to navigate and they create relationships with their Dealers rather than software as a solution.

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

The reporting is not self defining and can be perceptually inaccurate in some cases.

A CRM is a big piece of the operations.  If it is not part of your culture, if it is not embraced by the Senior Leadership it will make zero difference what tool it is that you use.  I would recommend this one highly, and if you communicate with them they can make it do just about anything.

I love how we are able to use the system to keep track of daily tasks, and be able to keep track of everybody we meet and being able to use it as my personal secretary.

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

I dislike some of the auto functions, but this is easily fixable with editing options. One of the things I dislike is the text messaging app it doesn't work very often.

I recommend using ELEAD1ONE to all my colleagues and friends because it is a great tool to help with many situations and keep track of all customers, etc.

The problems in my place is being able to effectively follow up with each customer you have. In the business I work sometimes it is harder to follow up with each and every customer that you meet, but with ELEAD1ONE you are able to solve many business problems.

The graphics are dated and I am not convinced that it is as integrated with other Automotive platforms as it could be.

I like the history that comes with each prospect so we can see where we left off at any point in the process.

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

I have yet to figure out how there are so many orphan customers that have a salesperson that is still active.  I have gotten conflicting info that they go to orphan status such as if not contacted by a salesperson within the last 3 or 6 months.  Yet we have some customers that have a salesperson from years ago and no contacts have been made and yet they are still the active salesperson?.

elead is a concise packaging of all customer info  and it ensures all customers are followed up on which helps sell more cars and ensure repeat business.

Its so easy to view inspections from auto technicians. I can see everything they did and everything they recommend. They’re also able to attach pictures & messages.

Lack of notifications. You are required to leave the program running to see if you have something from a technician.

Easily track each lead/prospect throughout the sales process, from beginning , follow up, to the sale. The ability to track just about anything is a great tool to see where we are at as a dealership.

There are a TON of reports, which can be a great thing. But it can be challenging looking through them all to see which ones you want to use on a regular basis.

**What do you like best about CDK CRM?**

I like that you can text through the system, I like the confirm sales report. I also like when searching a customer it shows you possible examples. I like that the audit trail shows you everything done from each user that touches the customer. I like the advanced search to look for previous active/sold customers based on different options to use for cold calling. I also like the service equity report to give us an opportunity to capture those customers and save them a big service bill and sell them a new or pre-owned vehicle. I think the system would be excellent if these problems didn't occur as often. 

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

When merging customers it comes up with the "Sorry it's not you, it's us" screen. We've had many problems since starting with Eleads. Merging customers in confirm sales, repeat tasks, workflows changing on their own, text messaging constantly not working, 

**Recommendations to others considering CDK CRM:**

I would explore Eleads as an option but I would be prepared to run into issues until the improve the product. Tech support can usually figure out the issue and get it fixed for you but is very time consuming and aggravating.

It works as a CRM for us but we run into so many issues that it slows us down more than helps.

Eleads is very user friendly once you understand how to navigate. It takes some time depending on your role.

**What do you dislike about CDK CRM?**

The reporting needs improvement. When attempting to use reports to extract KPI (key performance indicators) for internal purposes, I have noticed a significant discrepancy in the accurate reporting I would like to see regarding calls and emails to customers. The eleads app must be further developed to be more effectively used for mobile sales.

Just like every other CRM system that I used it allows easy adding of customers and inventory look up.  I do like the text message part, and the fact of how easy it is to attach a vehicle from your inventory into an email.

When adding a vehicle or changing a vehicle it becomes a little difficult some times to switch vehicles.  Also I believe that the response calender could be easier to change.
