They have really helped us integrate and implementatenew programs and products from their system **What do you dislike about Eldermark?** Sometimes their phone support can get busy, but if you leave a message they have always returned the call! **What problems is Eldermark solving and how is that benefiting you?** making med passes easier, making services provided for our residents easily verifiable by the click on an app or by the click of the mouse ### 2. It allows the business/sales side to be incorporated with the nursing and health management side. **What do you dislike about Eldermark?** Everything truly is manual with this software. You have to start from scratch when adding services, writing notes, or transcribing orders. It would be nice to have an option to set up a "New Resident- Assisted Living" or "New Resident- Memory Care" which then inputs services into the service schedule and guides you through a set up. It is also frustrating that there is no option to copy a previous note in the chart to quote it or use it to make a new note. **What problems is Eldermark solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I mentioned above, it is both a sales/business platform and a health care platform. If there is a question regarding costs of services or what is being received I can go to the resident's chart and pull up a list of monthly charges and refer to the direct cost. If a provider has a medical question regarding a resident I do not have to open a separate software, but can simply go to the medical portion of the resident's chart. ### 3.
