One of my teammates hasn't been able to email prospects at all because she gets errors. It's been months, and no one from Eightfold has been able to solve the problem. Searching for key terms doesn't work, diversity labels aren't the most useful, generally not incredibly user-friendly.

**What do you like best about Eightfold AI?**

What I like best with Eightfold is it provides insights per candidate according to the calibration details of the position. Using insights, we can see which skills are available to the candidate and which skills are not present. It helps us to analyze the candidate profiles better. It also offers diversity metrics which is helpful for our organization which puts high value on diversity and inclusion.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

What I like least is its contrast to our current HR system, Eightfold masks the candidate profile to avoid unconscious bias which is a good thing. However, profiles can still be accessed in our actual HR system which kind of contradicts the masking feature of Eightfold.

**What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eightfold helps us uncover candidates who have already applied in Chevron but might not be qualified to our old openings. This way, we can fully maximize and utilize the available profiles in our candidate database,on top of other potential candidates we can passively source.

I get email addresses from candidates that I am searching on LinkedIn. It is nice to have the option to send emails directly to candidates.

Not all candidates will have emails. I still have to continue sending emails via LinkedIn.

I don't have any questions or concerns.

I can connect to our Jobvite ATS if knowing the candidates have emails. I wold be able to obtain more information about the candidates.

Modern interface and has a good amount of different features like CRM and career site hosting.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

The integrations are a little buggy and hard to configure. We relaunched our brand with new images but when we share to LinkedIn, it's still using old images. Creating new sources is also a pain and not straightforward.

Getting a AI CRM tool and updated career site.

Working with the Eightfold team to implement the integration to our HCM system was very easy.  The team was knowledgeable, providing guidance throughout the integration and calibration process.  The integration has been stable in production, requiring little to no maintenance.

I have no complaints or suggestions regarding the implementation process.

My experience is purely from an integration standpoint.  I'm not a business user.

**What do you like best about Eightfold AI?**

The ability to pull candidate pools from the past and current to create a master group of candidates.  We currently use in conjunction with Jobvite.  I haven't used other CRM tools so my only exposure is with this one.  It's great and the Eightfold team is also a great partner for us.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

The only downside is sometimes getting irrelevant candidates, which means we need to go back in and tweak the AI a bit.  The tool learns the more you use it.  Off the top of my head nothing huge to change.

great integration on browser. whenever I find a candidate on LI, I can easily add to 8fold.

latency. It takes a lot of time to activate on browser and also in the system.

That you can easily add candidates from Linkedin to the platform

That it sometimes takes a lot of time updating the candidates in the database, and it makes it very time-consuming to schedule the interviews if the candidate doesn´t appear. Also some names don´t appear accurately in the database - in LatinAmerica, we have 2 last names, and it always takes the second last name and the primary one when it should be the other way around, or include both last names; if not, it is tough to find the candidate using the correct name

It still needs to improve AI features (making it more accurate) and loading speed

With Eightfold AI, you receive a single, integrated solution that handles the entire process of hiring and managing employees. This web-based tool enables us to collect and examine expert profiles and find the best candidates based on our requirements. We have seen its results to be highly reliable and accurate, and they have facilitated the selection of our ideal candidate. In addition, it offers us a comprehensive overview of our needs and candidate information. Our work has been completed more quickly and efficiently using Eightfold AI's constantly improving algorithm and many valuable features.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

We encountered a few challenges in the calibration process; however, we resolved the issue. Eightfold AI has been a fantastic experience.

In addition to their responsiveness, collaborative nature, and interest in obtaining feedback, the Eightfold team is eager to expedite enhancements to their products.

Eightfold AI has been implemented to find the best candidate out of a large pool of candidate data. Using the software makes it easy for us to locate the specific profile we are looking for, and the accuracy of the details and reports is exceptionally beneficial. We have therefore saved much time and avoided repetitious tasks by obtaining accurate information.

**What do you like best about Eightfold AI?**

Searching my ATS in one platform, being able to directly contact candidates.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

I do not know the full capabilities of the system. Eightfold has not provided training.

Calibration information does not follow over to the actual search, time is spent re-setting the filters. 
Does not search outside resources as well. 
It would be great to be able to see candidates that match the job description without having to filter again after calibration.
Low response rates.
Reporting limitations
Would like to conduct searches that will be for pipelining purposes, not necessarily always on a posted req.

There is a benefit to contacting candidates who have already shown interest in our company. I have not solved any problems thus far.

Stack Ranking, reducing manager time to  review resumes by 75%.

New leads don't flow into position automatically.

**Recommendations to others considering Eightfold AI:**

Implementation was very smooth, with additional focus on interview scheduling during testing. We self-trained our managers to utilize the tool w/ 30 min sessions - that was sufficient, do not need a 4 hr training session. Be thoughtful about utilizing career site & application type to reduce bounce rate and monitor scraping from other vendors. Additional training on unused or minimally used features might be beneficial 6mo + after rollout.

Reduced time to Hire, Employment Branding (Career Site) - Has been tremendous for our repeat roles/frequent hires in creating a pipeline. Stack Rankings reduce managers time to review tremendously.

The AI allows us to mine our existing data and find candidates with a high propensity to move into the role we're searching for, as well as the quick matching and sorting of qualified candidates based on their skills, which is a huge time saver for the recruiting team.

The user interface isn't the best, and the back-end reporting and filtering need to be evolved for admins.

Make a strong case in change management by bringing in your IT and Legal partners very early on.

Recruiters are strapped for time and having to review unqualified candidates for a position or reviewing those that would not take the job.

The connection with Greenhouse that accesses candidates from ATS database for current/future sourcing.

Basic functions are off or missing - emails sent through the platform come from a junk-looking email address rather than your actual one, there's no integration with LI Recruiter, outreach/follow-up reporting isn't fully developed, and the platform over-rotates towards its AI-focused sourcing filters, when it's often easier to just source straight from LI rather than over-rely on filters (years of experience, for example) that may or may not be accurate.

I haven't used it much yet, once I began to come across the above issues.

Eightfold AI is an amazing and powerful AI powered talent recruiter solution that helps in finding right candidate through thousands of application. Its AI engine is capable of helping in shortlisting potential candidate through desired skill set and field. So far its result accuracy has been really great and provided us talented set of applicants.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

We required custom filters and its default filter section is confusing sometimes. The searching process is a bit clunky and needs to improved.

We utilize Eightfold AI to recruit desired applicant from thousands of application and it helps in shortlisting the candidates from a large volume of applications. It saves our a lot of time on finding qualified and quality candidates. It allows us to compare multiple candidates and provides best results.

- Adding an action means opening a new table. It is not possible in a sourcing session 
- 1 action equals to many clicks. We should be able to add our emails/action in 2 click maximums. A sourcer contacts to more than 50 candidates per week.
- Big latency. Any time you add an action, you have to wait to feel the small message 
- User experience. We can improve with more color

Eightfold AI is a complete single solution that takes care of the whole process of Hiring and management. It collects and analyze professional profiles and provides us the relevant and perfect candidate for our requirement. Its results are highly accurate and reliable and has helped us in finding our desired candidate. It provides detailed and advance reports of our requirement and candidate data. Eightfold AI has been constantly improving its algorithm and has been adding a lot of useful feature that helps in getting our work done very quickly and efficiently.

There has been a few challeneges with calibrating profiles however by the time we overcame the issue and it has been an amazing experience using Eightfold AI.

Being able to re-connect with past candidates and being able to easily scrub resumes for roles with high volume applicants. I also really appreciate the ability to share candidates directly with a hiring manager to get their quick feedback. This helps majorly when getting calibrated to new roles.

It does not search Linkedin. You have to do a separate search on LinkedIn and then download each profile into 8fold

We are trying to find candidates who are currently active - many of the candidates in 8fold are not active from our experience so we often go to LinkedIn and run searches

I can't seem to view the entire talent pool; I can only see candidates who have applied for specific reqs

**What do you like best about Eightfold AI?**

The recognition of qualified talent in large volume posts has been innovated by this system in particular. I have seen posts from more than 100 candidates and our ATS applications can be easily reviewed. Eightfold supports me assess top-ranking prospects that meets our perfect profile quickly and efficiently. Even with a profile, the checking of a profile in our ATS is much quicker as well as more efficient. The possibility of stacking and transfering talent within our ATS saves time and allows us to judge each candidate evenly.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

I wanted to have more filters open for our programme. This applies especially to domestic candidates. While only posts operate internally, and it would be wonderful to pack the internal forms sent to our recruiting services.

**Recommendations to others considering Eightfold AI:**

I could see that no additional work is needed in the machine. I also know that we are in the test process and certain applications did not work or were disabled at the end of our evaluation. I was happy to see was that our questions were translated from the request to Eightfold.

The software allows us to determine the applicant's performance against new employees only, especially when it comes to posting in the highest volume.

Seamlessly incorporated on-board and with the current ATS. For new on-boarding users this is straightforward. While the Eightfold group is always ready to train, it demands a rapid 30-minute course to begin a new consumer.   We like the quick setup and the capability to view search results on the identical page in real time. This characteristic is fantastic during a meeting of the hire manager. In order to use Eight times outside recruitment, we still seek for new ways.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

I found it's not the best source tool. It's not just a confusing filtering section, but does not pull the candidates I need. In addition, you can easily enter and modify your filtering choices if more than one people share a question with others.

Treat straightforward contact and step-by-step implementation guides to invest more time. Don't postpone 11th hour meetings. To create a full project plan, communicate further analysis of potential bi-syn-cloud link integrations.

We defined replacing source specifications. We considered at Eightfold to compensate for that. The ROI would be inconsistent with sourcer expectations if we judged Eightfold as an team leader, as the sourcer name it was Eightfold.

First, I like how you can determine if you email an applicant once the email is opened. It is a one-stop-shop, also. I like how Taleo is attached, reveals any notes and the roles that were included. As great as the way the applicant is competent on the foundation of the calibration. Finally, I like how with only one click, you can send out the person to the employer leader.

It will take some time to alter somebody's status.

**Recommendations to others considering Eightfold AI:**

It is not a charm pill. It is as great a staff to help you handle change. In case you make use of it correctly, it changes how you recruit... it is useful or even missed by navigation.

The rating of skilled talents around significant volumes was revolutionised on this specific platform. I've postings with over 10 thousand candidates and never have a highly effective means of analysing our ATS candidates. Eightfold makes it possible for me to examine very qualified candidates who quickly and easily match the ideal profile of ours. It's much faster and efficient to see a profile than to analyse an ATS profile. The capacity to keep and go talents inside our ATS saves time, plus it allows us to look at all candidates somewhat.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

For the system of ours, I'd like more filters being publicly available. This's very true for household candidates. It will be useful to have the ability to classify the inner profiles posted to the recruiting teams as you work only internally.

I see no more functionality required by the product. I like the improved functionality of Eightfold. To be able to ensure quality, they often develop new methods to increase and expand their offerings. I love how fast they support us - they sent somebody to meet up with us on the working day we released a new platform. Also the product is simple to use. The site was simple to work with in addition to its background functions. I am still pleased with this particular item.

This product truly works. It runs intuitively and smoothly. The user experience and operator interface are very well thought out. The is extremely vulnerable to consumer requests and knows the problems of theirs. When you speak to them, you generally feel they're listening to the concerns of yours and taking action.

The client is seeking the primary key figure to compute the return on investment. Do develop a mechanism which is going to show the same. Its algorithm is able to assess the convenience of a candidate just in how specified in the profile of his.

The eightfold system provides candidates in a ranked system based on their strengths to the individual role they've applied. It masks candidate names so that you have unbiased review and teams know their top candidates are being viewed. You are able to calibrate the position numerous times prior to posting and can review with your hiring teams. You are able to save notes within the system and edit later as needed.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

Calibrating positions has been a challenge as we learn more about each piece and what it affects.We are still reviewing how to best assess the skillsets and the ranking system it is using. We have seen times where resumes are not fully uploaded or it isn't ranking highly qualified applicants where expected. I've also had issues with the tool not showing candidates when their interview is scheduled even though it is completed.

**Recommendations to others considering Eightfold AI:**

Consider the amount of applicants you are dealing with for each role. If you use this tool for scheduling it is a huge time saver!

**What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving for high volume of applicants and being able to view the top candidates more easily. We have seen benefits with the scheduling component in an exponential way. You are able to send a request to candidates and provide a time, suggest a time, or allow the candidate themselves to select a time. This is a large time saver benefit that we realized and didn't know would be so impactful.

**What do you like best about Eightfold AI?**

I love the calibration tool. It really helps organize the search for different positions as well as sorting out who is a closer match for the position that you are looking for. Specifically, I like the "Ideal Candidate" feature; being able to pull up similar profiles is really invaluable for me during my search.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

My company is super LinkedIn-based. While Eightfold allows us to see the basic profile that a profile contains, I am not able to see their project status of a candidate (for example, who else has viewed this person on my team) If there was a way to incorporate this feature in the future, it would make Eightfold even more advantageous for my organization. 

I also would like the diversity tool to be a bit better. Often while using it, Eightfold will bring up candidates that are not actually diverse. Sometimes male candidates show up female. Also, the diversity tool really only seems to highlight women as a diversity field when often our clients are interested in finding candidates of all diversity categories.

**What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to find people that normal Boolean searches on Linkedin, or Indeed, etc. can not necessarily find. Also, many of the notations on profiles are helpful, such as diversity or school or company rankings.

Eightfold AI is extremely simple to use since it has a software manual. You are able to manage and track a lot of resumes. The software program is well managed. Buyers can also customize features to the desires of theirs. It's not costly and it is as inexpensive as various other costly application. Additionally, it has a mobile application which is an effective in the exact same way. This's beneficial for businesses that are continuously hiring new staff. With Eightfold AI you are able to build a simple career side. The favorite element of mine is the plan.

It is difficult to get going, but you will find movies that will help resolve the issue. Customer care isn't the best thing in case you've a problem, they will not call you again and you're not going anywhere.

Eightfold AI is actually simpler to use and navigate. It's not difficult to transport information and control latest data.

The system refreshes a lot when searching and you lost your place/candidate. It also is not always accurate information so you have to double check the candidate on LinkedIn to make sure it's current.

My advice is to utilize your account rep with questions and familiarize yourself with the "help" section. I also would say utilize campaigns for open roles- we have had a great response!

**What do you like best about Eightfold AI?**

Nothing. 

I think Eightfold could be a very powerful ATS system.  It has the ability to message candidates, move them through the process, etc. They would have to add additional features to make it an ATS. I cannot say anything good about this tool, unfortunately.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

It is not a good sourcing platform. Eightfold has a team of sourcers (not sure where) who provided my team with EFN quality leads. You upload your job description and calibrate the position based on people hired into that role or ideal candidates. You also add skills, experience, etc. It is very detailed. 

Whoever is on the backend does not know how to source. I rarely get EFNs back where I am like "these were great!" I waste more time archiving unqualified candidates or over experienced candidates than I do messaging the right ones. I prefer to stick to LinkedIn Recruiter. 

It is also a very labor-intensive tool. Eightfold is basically your ATS pool of candidates plus any YOU add yourself from LinkedIn and whatever candidates they have in their database. There is a lot of back and forth from my ATS to LinkedIn to Eightfold because you have to check everything to make sure the candidate is added properly or not duplicated.

Their platform also has a lot of bugs. The campaign function is a mess. Pulling in VP level candidates to an entry role position because of a matching skill word. The tool says AI but it has not gotten smarter in the 2 years I have used it.

I dislike how when I request for certain batches of new candidates, often times the sourcer misses the context of my requirements.

**Recommendations to others considering Eightfold AI:**

I would recommend to colleagues who are looking to harvest data from previous pipeline and/or revisit the same pipelines from the same regions. It's best used for roles that have duplicates often times appearing and reopening again from quarter to quarter. Its harder to fully utilize the tool on niche roles and I would avoid using it when there are multiple contexts for search terms.

I like that I can review both applicants and prospects within each of my reqs, and that Eighfold integrates with our ATS, Greenhouse.

I think Eightfold's ML could still use some work.  They also show you a huge amount of information on each candidate, and it's sometimes information overload.  I think they could either cut down on some of the info, or highlight the key information so that it's easier for recruiters to skim through quickly.

Benefits - sending messages through Eightfold.  Problems - Eightfold will autofill company names, which I love, but sometimes the data is inaccurate and that reflects poorly to candidates.

Eightfold is an intuitive product to use and generally pretty accurate with contact information. It's a great tool to use for niche searches.

The downsides to Eightfold are the EFN leads. I think this could be a really useful feature when doing searches, but the EFN lead searches are usually not very accurate or relevant.

Eightfold is a great platform to get emails of candidates as well as rejecting groups of candidates that don't fit the role requirements. You're able to use profiles of ideal candidates to calibrate roles and reject accordingly. It' a huge time saver and great to get more candidates at top of the funnel.

Through Eightfold, I've been able to curate my searches more and reach out to candidates for tough roles, that I would never have been able to contact before.

Amount Data is great but the products UI is not good. There is no possible way to download the lists or organize in a good way.

The organization by different setting on the left. I like that I can look at everyone from specific company or title.

Product UI is complex and all of over the place. I would simplify the products to  specific screens, like making micro-services. It will be easier to use.

**What do you like best about Eightfold AI?**

This framework has innovated the recognition of skilled talent particularly around large volume posts. I've seen posts of more than 100 of applicants and there's just an easy way to review our ATS applications. Eightfold helps me to quickly and efficiently evaluate top-rated prospects that fit our ideal profile. Even having a profile clearly is quicker and more effective than checking a profile in our ATS. The opportunity to stack and transfer talent inside our ATS is a timesaver and enables us to evaluate each candidate equally as they arrive.

**What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?**

I wished our program had more filters open. This is particularly true of internal candidates. Although only posts are operating internally, it would be awesome if the internal profiles sent to the recruiting departments could be packed.

**Recommendations to others considering Eightfold AI:**

I can see the machine does not require further work. We are also in the testing process and I realize there are certain apps that were not working at the end of our evaluation period or were disabled. One of the things I was pleased about being incorporated was translating our questions from either the application to Eightfold.

**What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software helps us to take those out of the calculation but to be able to evaluate the performance of a applicant against only more recent employee, particularly when it is about a posting with high volume. I used the shortlist method to screen candidates in a large-volume posting that actually exceeds 20,000 applicants. Using those accessible filters and sharing only best talents with my colleagues for more selection and taking an incredibly manual operation and making it more seamless.
