The patient record management feature is very useful. It helps keep patient information organised, reduces manual work, saves staff time, and supports smoother daily operations. The healthcare management tools are also well connected, which is important in a hospital environment.

The system works well overall. We would like to see more ready-made report templates so hospital teams can generate common management reports even faster.

We have been using eHospital Systems daily for about three years at our 50-bed hospital. Patient record management has been one of the most useful parts of the system for our team.
It helps us keep patient information organised and easier to access across daily hospital work. Our medical records and operations teams spend less time handling records manually, which saves staff time and helps the departments work in a more structured way.

**What do you like best about eHospital Systems?**

The database structure is strong, and the main hospital workflows are handled well. Patient registration, billing, clinical records, and department information are managed in a clear and organised way.
From an IT point of view, eHospital is stable, secure, and suitable for a hospital environment where system availability and data accuracy are important.

**What do you dislike about eHospital Systems?**

The platform is strong overall. More detailed onboarding guides and API documentation would make it easier for new technical teams to get started.

**What problems is eHospital Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using eHospital in our hospital for about two years. From the IT side, our main concern is always stability, security, and making sure users can do their work without the system becoming a problem.
eHospital has been reliable for our daily hospital work, including patient registration, billing, clinical information, and department-level workflows. It gives us a more organised way to manage data across different areas of the hospital.

What stands out most to me as Medical Director is how effectively the platform executes its core Electronic Health Records (EHR) features. In a practice of our size, avoiding physical paperwork is crucial for speed and accuracy. The system allows us to seamlessly store and retrieve comprehensive patient medical histories, clinical notes, prescriptions, and test results within a single integrated network. It does exactly what it promises, which has directly streamlined our daily workflows and improved the coordination of patient care across our staff.

**What do you dislike about eHospital Systems?**

There isn’t a major flaw or specific breakdown that stands out to me at the moment, as the platform has been stable over our 20 months of use.

Before utilizing this eHospital system, handling clinical documentation and administrative tasks across an 11-50 employee practice required too much manual tracking. The platform solves this by centralizing our records and automating daily operational flows. The core benefit is the total elimination of physical paperwork; having immediate, secure access to comprehensive patient medical histories and clinical notes ensures our team can focus on care delivery rather than chasing down files.

Built-in EMR and lab module, bi-directional integration with three lab machines, easier lab result management, reliable appointment scheduling, better staff coordination, and simple daily use.

**What do you dislike about eHospital Systems?**

No major cons so far. The system works well for our medical center. More quick training videos for new staff would be helpful.

**What problems is eHospital Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using eHospital Systems for about 18 months at our medical center. The biggest benefit for us is that the lab module is built into the EMR. We also have three lab machines connected with a bi-directional interface, so lab results are easier to manage and stay connected with the patient record.
This has helped our team reduce manual work and keep patient information, lab orders, and lab results in one place. It is especially useful because our medical center handles both clinical visits and lab work.
The scheduling and calendar tools are also helpful for our front desk and clinical team. Patients can be scheduled more easily, and our staff can manage provider availability with less manual follow-up.
Overall, eHospital Systems has been a practical system for our medical center. It helps us manage EMR, lab workflow, appointments, patients, and staff activity in one place.

As the CEO and Managing Director of a healthcare organization with 501–1,000 employees, one of the biggest benefits we have experienced with eHospital Systems is its Appointment Scheduling module. It has helped us organize patient appointments more efficiently and reduced scheduling conflicts across departments. The platform is straightforward to use, and the customer support team has been responsive whenever we needed assistance. Their willingness to address questions and provide guidance has made our experience much smoother over the past four months.

**What do you dislike about eHospital Systems?**

Initially, I was hesitant to adopt eHospital Systems because I felt there were limited options available for evaluating and comparing the platform before making a decision. I love how it connects all the different departments into one spot. Having appointments, patient records, lab results, and billing under one roof means our team doesn't have to jump between different apps. Over our first month of daily use, it has been really reliable at updating data across our clinics without lagging. Running a wellness facility means I wear both a clinical and business hat. We’ve been using it for 4 months now, and having our consultation notes, scheduling, and health records under one patient profile has been a lifesaver. My team doesn't have to jump between different apps just to see if a patient's lab updates are ready before their appointment. The reporting tools are also really helpful for seeing our daily clinic volume at a glance

I didn't think of anything yet to dislike  for now.

The system is easy to understand and operate. It allows every user to adapt to its operation quickly and can handle it with total ease. It is fast and adaptable to your needs, and its performance is excellent. The technical service is available 24 hours a day, and they are very good at solving problems that may arise.

Not much. The team made it easy for us to adapt

It allows all the departments of the hospital to be connected and can communicate fluently. It also helps to maintain order with the patients and the resources that we have. On the other hand, it allowed us to optimize the use of our facilities by seeing which beds are free on which floor.
