I started my small teaching business a year ago in just two days with Edvibe and since then it's been my favorite tool. I chose it was because it was really easy to implement. Basically I had to just create an account and add users (teachers and students).
The platrform allows me organizing the work of my online school at various levels:
1) I can create accounts for students and teachers;
2) Schedule and deliver classes via the virtual classroom (students don't see things that teachers do);
3) Track progress of both employees and clients;
4) Create or use ready-made materials;
5) Students don't have to buy any additional materials since everything is provided and they also do their homework on the platform as well.
Considering that everything is in one place, all business processes but accounting are organized there. Teachers deliver classes every day, I keep track of progress a couple of times a week.
In future I'll probably integrate some other tools like a payment system. It's easy but now it's cheaper to accept payments via the website. And I'm dreaming about the white label feature. I want my clients think that the whole platform is my school's unique development. But it's slightly pricy for now.
I also have a personal manager who helps with every problem, and the support team is really helpful and friendly too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately, it's impossible to record lessons if you use a built-in video calling system. So, I have to use a different one for recording and storing. But it's a minor drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
