This was a simple platform to use as an employee. The platform was fairly easy to navigate and allowed me to document sales, inventory and personal information of costumers. The best asset of eCellar was how easy it was for me to check out costumers and I really liked how it allowed us to go paperless and email receipts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When working with serval employees at a time and selling to different guest, I noticed that I would sometimes forget to switch the sale back under my name and instead give my commission to another employee- a dislike that I had regarding eCellar was that it would not refresh after every sales..it would be helpful if it asked who was selling ( quick pop up) for every transaction.
