**What do you like best about GreatVines?**

I like that it is built on the Salesforce platform.

**What do you dislike about GreatVines?**

You cannot use it offline unless you purchase that functionality separately and spend a lot of money configuring the software.

**What problems is GreatVines solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frankly, I do not see any problem that it is solving that you could not solve by going to Salesforce directly.

**What do you like best about GreatVines?**

I like that greatvines allows me to record daily information I get from my customers. I like that I can get data from the app. 

**What do you dislike about GreatVines?**

I dislike that I have to sync it twice a day.  I do not like that I have duplicate customers in my GV and can not edit them out. I do not like that there is not a desktop version of the program. 

**What problems is GreatVines solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of taking notes, I can take notes in the account and not have to look through hand written notes. It also allows for transfers of routes to a new rep more seamless.

the ability to track daily account calls

lack of being able to edit daily logs & change notes

Sometimes the surveys don't load for new accounts that are added.

It is beneficial in keeping timely notes and recording goals and brands in various accounts
