I loved the dec page view in AMS and being able to see transactions under each line of business, along with the adjusted premiumes. I also loved the ease of generator acord forms, ID cards, EPI's, and binders. Also, the intergration with PL Rating and being able to bridge information back and forth. Not being to continously add to an activity. There was a feature added for this, but it doesn't work nearly as well as the way Applied Epic has this set up. I also like the "home" screen better in Epic and the Report Quick View. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an on-premesis, server based software. In order for it to be used by remote workers, a VPN has to be established. Also, the GUI is very outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I know there are better CRM systems out there but it definitely isn't A++.

I think they might be behind the curve if I am being honest. They should make it less clunky, more visually appealing with contrasting colors. I would recommend on a budget though like i previously said. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way the software tracks my production activities all the way to the end of my process, and also the way I can enter the barrels in my software and track them in the system. But the biggest use of the software (at least for me) is for reporting on all kinds of information that is important to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
