I also loved the ease of generator acord forms, ID cards, EPI's, and binders. Also, the intergration with PL Rating and being able to bridge information back and forth. **What do you dislike about AMS?** Not being to continously add to an activity. There was a feature added for this, but it doesn't work nearly as well as the way Applied Epic has this set up. I also like the "home" screen better in Epic and the Report Quick View. **What problems is AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I couldn't select above, but AMS I used for insurance purposes. It helps keeps date secure, allows for client management, reports, and saves time. ### 3. There has not been any outages or downtime in the last year. **What do you dislike about AMS?** It is an on-premesis, server based software. In order for it to be used by remote workers, a VPN has to be established. Also, the GUI is very outdated. **What problems is AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our whole company is run on AMS. The company is good about building new modules or training on existing modules for what we are trying to acheive. ### 4. I honestly think sometimes it can be a little clunky and slow . It doesn't knock my socks off but it is good for the price **What do you dislike about AMS?** Could change the layout better, not the most clear but works. I think they might be behind the curve if I am being honest. They should make it less clunky, more visually appealing with contrasting colors. I would recommend on a budget though like i previously said. **Recommendations to others considering AMS:** If you are looking for cheap this should be considered **What problems is AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. Benefits is that it is very cheap for the money. Some slow syncing and could change how you manage some things. ### 5.
