The database and being able to change parameters that control the software. With my credential levels I can adjust how the software calculates. It is very robust and reliable. It has lots of database output options because it is customizable. I had to have a report made by them to address uses for the program that are not common in California so the help is very good. Undoing errors. This may be the case with any database that has time stamps but it all has to be done in order which is not too problematic. Also it has issues with certain tax reporting outputs. Costing is quirky too. It is not really made for Distilled Spirits Production usage which is a common addition to small winery licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
