What do you like best about e-days?

I really like using e-days as our central hub for managing staff leave and absence. It's the go-to platform for booking annual leave, logging sickness, and keeping track of overtime, which helps eliminate the chaos of manual tracking. The visual team calendar is a standout feature for me because it's incredibly intuitive with its color-coded layout that gives me a clear snapshot of who is in and who's off. I find the reporting capabilities powerful, especially for generating reports on sickness and the Bradford Factor, which has been a game changer for our HR strategies. Additionally, the setup was really smooth thanks to the hands-on approach of the implementation team, and I appreciate how well it integrates with our existing tech stack to make life easier. What do you like best about e-days?

The simplicity of use for the whole workforce. The layout is great that it is so easy to navigate and administer. We've had really strong customer support (shout out to Jenny) and so far we've had a great experience. It has saved me so much time, I would feel lost without edays. What do you dislike about e-days?

What do you like best about e-days?

I'd highly recommend edays, the staff are amazing and friendly, nothing is too much to ask in my experience. They will always look into questions or suggestions, they made our recent transition so easy and did most things for us. The system covers everything we need and we got up and running very quickly. What do you like best about e-days?

By being able to easily manage users in different locations and on different contracts, it’s removed alot of the stress from absence/leave tracking

It’s also boosted engagement by giving visibility to employees and reducing the need for people managers to act as a middle man with the data.

I really like how I now have visibility over absence data company wide, which is helping me to support people managers etc, our sickness rates have already gone down because we can see what is going on and help our employees much better.

What do you like best about e-days?

edays is super easy to use and really quick to learn. You can personalise your dashboard and your favourites to quickly get to all your most used pages. The feature I like the best is the group calendar - it's so good when I want to request leave and want to quickly check if any of my team members are already off for those dates. The colour-coding for different leave types is great too, makes it really easy to keep track of everything, and the auto entitlement calculations and auto carryover process at the end of the year makes everything so quick. What do you like best about e-days?

It is easy to use and has everything we need on attendance in one place. Questions or queries are answered quickly and politely. The best thing we have had since before this everything was paper based. I use this on a daily basis and have as it has improved over the years add more and more content. What do you dislike about e-days?

My only downside is that I would love to attached supporting documentation within the portal. for example: Return to work completed forms, which would be held for up to 2 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about e-days?

Simple to use for all the team, we now have great visibility across the business on sickness patterns and trends, and holidays sync to our outlook calendars making it easy to see when people are in or out.

The Support Team is always very responsive and helpful if we have any queries.

Easy to use from administrator, manager and employee perspectives. Layout looks good and is easy to navigate - makes recording sickness absences and approving leave requests very quick and straightforward, and is helpful to be able to tweak settings to suit our business needs. My account manager is always very positive and helpful, she's really good at getting back to me if I have any queries and will always jump on a last minute teams call if I'm in a panic.
