We appreciate the flexibility to create location- or country-specific settings within the system. It is very easy to configure and adapt local leave policy regulations, which greatly supports compliance across different regions.

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

One limitation we’ve encountered is the inability to pull data from our HRIS when the Organizational Unit (OU) has the same name but a different OU ID. This creates challenges in syncing and mapping data.

One key problem that eDays helps us address is managing country-specific requirements. As our organization operates across multiple countries, the ability to configure country-specific settings is extremely valuable and supports us in ensuring compliance with local regulations.

**What do you like best about e-days?**

I really like using e-days as our central hub for managing staff leave and absence. It's the go-to platform for booking annual leave, logging sickness, and keeping track of overtime, which helps eliminate the chaos of manual tracking. The visual team calendar is a standout feature for me because it's incredibly intuitive with its color-coded layout that gives me a clear snapshot of who is in and who's off. I find the reporting capabilities powerful, especially for generating reports on sickness and the Bradford Factor, which has been a game changer for our HR strategies. Additionally, the setup was really smooth thanks to the hands-on approach of the implementation team, and I appreciate how well it integrates with our existing tech stack to make life easier.

Initially, it was cheap and seemed appropriate for the size of our business at that time.

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

The functionality is clunky and requires a lot of training and support. They also tend to update their terms and conditions unilaterally so be careful to read every email and link they send you. They start with flexible terms and then amend via email hoping that the client missing the link or email

It should resolve HR issues but their commercials defeat that benefit.

edays has transformed our absence management process. It makes registering absences and storing absence records simple and easy. There are also great reporting features. The help desk is also very good with any support issues. It is very user friendly and the mobile app is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

I don't think there are any reasons to dislike edays.

It makes our processes much quicker and easier in relation to absence. It is cost effective and reduces time and paper cost. It gives full company visibility and ensures our reporting of absences is accurate.

**What do you like best about e-days?**

The simplicity of use for the whole workforce. The layout is great that it is so easy to navigate and administer. We've had really strong customer support (shout out to Jenny) and so far we've had a great experience. It has saved me so much time, I would feel lost without edays.

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

There are not a lot of Cons for me. Most of the very minor issues we ran into early on, we only had to tweak our settings to resolve our issues.

**What problems is e-days solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me manage leave and people admin for our entire workforce across the UK, Germany, France and Italy. Before edays it was a real mess, lots of spreadsheet and errors, which caused payroll issues etc. I now have a view on what's going on across the whole workforce, can see sickness rates, staffing, worked time etc

**What do you like best about e-days?**

I'd highly recommend edays, the staff are amazing and friendly, nothing is too much to ask in my experience. They will always look into questions or suggestions, they made our recent transition so easy and did most things for us. The system covers everything we need and we got up and running very quickly.

N/A any issues we have they resolve quickly for us.

Needs to manage leave across multiple locations in Europe and edays was the only solution that could manage it. Our teams love it as we now don't waste alot of time on spreadsheets and the mobile app has been really useful for our more field based employees.

The flexibility to create different groups and calendars to reflect a varied employee population.

Sometimes there are random glitches(i.e. employee entitlement adjustments) , however this doesn't happen often.

It benefits us by being able to accurately record employee absence. The accounts managers are also a great help as and when needed.

**What do you like best about e-days?**

By being able to easily manage users in different locations and on different contracts, it’s removed alot of the stress from absence/leave tracking

It’s also boosted engagement by giving visibility to employees and reducing the need for people managers to act as a middle man with the data. 

I really like how I now have visibility over absence data company wide, which is helping me to support people managers etc, our sickness rates have already gone down because we can see what is going on and help our employees much better. 

Before edays we also had a lot of resourcing issues between teams, not any more! It was also very quick and easy to get set up (thank you Raj and Niall).

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

Nothing really to mention we've used it for just over a year and so far so good!

**What problems is e-days solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly thing for us was having a workforce across many different locations and on different contracts, edays helped bring all this together and non of the other systems we looked at could do this properly. It has also reduced our sickness absences by a substantial amount (I didn't event realise how big of an issue this was until we started tracking it all properly with edays).

**What do you like best about e-days?**

edays is super easy to use and really quick to learn. You can personalise your dashboard and your favourites to quickly get to all your most used pages. The feature I like the best is the group calendar - it's so good when I want to request leave and want to quickly check if any of my team members are already off for those dates. The colour-coding for different leave types is great too, makes it really easy to keep track of everything, and the auto entitlement calculations and auto carryover process at the end of the year makes everything so quick. We also use the document storage feature which is great for being able to look at company policies and see any updates.

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

It has a slightly dated user interface, but all of the functionality is amazing.

**What problems is e-days solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes resource planning so much easier. Being able to cross-check with other users on the team calendar prevents clashes for time off and we can always make sure we have enough people working on any given day. It also makes the return to work process after sickness super easy and removes the need for manual processes like paper forms. It also makes keeping track of my remaining entitlements really easy, with different pots for different things (annual leave, volunteer days, etc)

**What do you like best about e-days?**

It is easy to use and has everything we need on attendance in one place.  Questions or queries are answered quickly and politely.  The best thing we have had since before this everything was paper based.  I use this on a daily basis and have as it has improved over the years add more and more content.

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

My only downside is that I would love to attached supporting documentation within the portal.  for example: Return to work completed forms, which would be held for up to 2 years.

All the line managers can see who is off and when and approval or decline holidays quickly to avoid clashes etc.  We can then balance the number of people in the office any time.  Also, the reasons for absences so we can look at patterns etc.

Simple to use for all the team, we now have great visibility across the business on sickness patterns and trends, and holidays sync to our outlook calendars making it easy to see when people are in or out.

The Support Team is always very responsive and helpful if we have any queries. 

We love that the features are constantly being updated and we've added additional functionality around Document Management & Storage to better manage employee contracts and documentation too.

Ease of use, booking leave is really simple. Checking entitlements is also simple. I use the system pretty much daily.

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

Administrators are required to change leave dates which need to be moved/adjusted as managers can't do this. Would be nice if this function was available to managers.

We were able to completely remove all paper annual leave requests and have our staff use a very simple booking system

Easy to use from administrator, manager and employee perspectives. Layout looks good and is easy to navigate - makes recording sickness absences and approving leave requests very quick and straightforward, and is helpful to be able to tweak settings to suit our business needs. Great to use the mobile app on the go and for a quick team overview. Great setup experience and customer support is excellent.

My account manager is always very positive and helpful, she's really good at getting back to me if I have any queries and will always jump on a last minute teams call if I'm in a panic. E-days has great functionality and is a really useful tool for our absence management.

The set up of policies and implementing processes can sometimes be a little complicated, however, my account manager will always help me and assist where required.

Super easy to use from employee and administrator perspective. Customer service has always been great and quick responses. All of our employees love e-days and how intuitive it is. Always receive regular updates of any new features

Not much to dislike about e-days. Reporting for sickness absences could possibly be improved but might be something we've not yet explored

edays is a straight forward, logical system to use and saves us a lot of time and effort re holiday ,sickness or other absence management and record keeping.  The customer service is excellent,  queries are dealt with swiftly and you deal directly with a person so it's easy to communicate your specific query with the team.

The software is very easy to use - particularly for the funtionality it is meant for doing - applying leaves, checking leave balances, approving leaves etc. It's easy to configure different types of leaves based on organizational/country needs, and setup leave carry-over or accrual policies. 
The reporting capabilities are useful for understanding trends, historical information and provides valuable insights

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

I did not find anything major to dislike in the application. It works for what it's intended to do. The only feedback I have is that the user interface appears a bit busy and cluttered.

e-days simplifies leave application and approval tracking, and offers a good amount of configuration options to suit the organizational needs.

E-days is an excellent tool available on various platforms. It is used to manage and organize your work calendar in an orderly and very intuitive way, designating which days will be worked, which will be holidays, on which dates days off will be requested, vacations, etc.

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

It would be excellent if in future updates e-days could reach more platforms and have more languages available, such as Latin American Spanish, French, and Italian. This would allow the application to reach a larger number of users.

**What problems is e-days solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The e-days application was of great help to our organization when it came to organizing the scheduled calendar of certain employees. This helped establish which days of the month would have the most hours worked and which week would have the most days off requested by the workers.

It is one of the smartest app that gives all information to HR, Staff in regards to attendance, leave entitlement. You are also able to intigrate with other softwares. It's simple UI and features which makes everyone use it with ease, it makes the entire process of taking leaves and approval system easier and manageable at a single juncture.

Sometimes doesn't automate simple things but this may be issues at the backend and can be resolved.Also app can be somewhat confusing if you have rotational shift pattern.

This is a minimal product in the market, but it works like magic; their software is to deal with the absence, annual leave, locations, documents of employees; this is one of the most innovative app for all the HRs

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

Sometimes, we have to face some glitches, and also, sometimes, it confuses us wherever we have to make data; the pricing is quite issue because not everyone can afford with this process

They help us make data on the absence and make it very easy to manage those data for all of us, from where we can analyze the attendance data. And it is perfect and helpful for all of us working as an HR in any company.

A Great Product to track Absence Records with Multilingual support. A Very Easy to use and intuitive User interface with Clear easy navigation. It also support efficent reporting to view data in multiple ways.

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

Increased Level of Customization of Reports is not available. Although integration with major ERP systems like Oracle, SAP and Workday is supported, it can be complex for other generic tools in market. The performance can be a little tad for increased number of Users.

Easy and Efficient Tracking of Attendance at work. It provides a singlehand reference to Employee Absence records and using data insights / intelligence it  can help plan Activities better thereby improving the Productivity.

Nothing is there as such but the pricing sometimes seems to be an issue.

Simple and user-friendly user-interface which allows me to manage and approve all time off, sickness and general absences.

Very limited functionality so would only be aimed at larger orgs with the budget for a tool solving such a narrow problem.

It's very easy to both request days off and also review / approve requests as a manager. It's also great that it allows you to remain logged in so I don't need to search for my login everytime I want to use.

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

I have yet to find anything that I dislike about the software.

If you need an easy to use program for tracking time off, make the switch!

It's solving the problem of allowing for an easy way to request and track days off. It's also a very effective way to manage other's time off, as it gives you a quick snapshot of overall time used and available.

It helps manage all employee holiday and sick leave easily and all in one place. This not only tracks days used but also time left available which makes things much easier

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

There isn't really anything I can say I dislike. There are some features I wish were a little more "organized," but that could be a personal preference so I will not count it as a negative.

**What problems is e-days solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of employee time and attendance was something we struggled with previously because there were some flaws with our older software and this made things much more seamless and controlled.

e-days is easy to use and suggestions for further improvements or features are implemented with lightning speed and without any fuss.

So far I have not found anything that I do not like.

e-days has made our absence management so much better, even that we have been using it only for a few weeks yet. Our staff like the user-friendliness and that all information is in one place. It is much easier to work with than the previous system we had in place - on all levels.

There seems to be a problem of some kind - possibly a bug - when you select which member of staff will cover for you on leave days you are attempting to book. Some functional overlap with Outlook Calendar

eDays will meet your needs if you have multiple employees and require an relatively easy to use attendance and holiday tracker

eDays provides businesses with a straightforward way to coordinate employee calendars, days off and annual leave/ holiday. Because it is centralised there is no duplication and all information is readily to hand.

Clean and user friendly software that has a lot of fast and efficient features that are unlike other programs

The web based features can be finicky especially if you are a heavy user of online features but have slow internet.

E days makes payroll and end of the year reports fast and easy. I can pull a tremendous amount of reports with different filters.

**What do you like best about e-days?**

It provides a dashboard that lets me easily see my entire team's vacation schedule.  I can easily enter my own time off days and monitor everyone's usage to date and available remaining PTO.

**What do you dislike about e-days?**

It is cumbersome to respond to many requests and not very intuitive for me to figure out to interact with an individual employee.

**Recommendations to others considering e-days:**

This is a simple tool to manage PTO, but in a complex environment it feels like it will run out  of steam.
