The best with Dynamics 365 Customer voice is that we can configure the form and questions (depending upon the survey we are doing for) as per our needs and it has a great connector to integrate with power automate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Customer Voice?

This is a very useful component framework though the pricing of Dynamics 365 customer voice is a bit high because of 14,410 INR for 2,000 survey responses per tenant/month.
