This is a very useful component framework though the pricing of Dynamics 365 customer voice is a bit high because of 14,410 INR for 2,000 survey responses per tenant/month. For any company that deals with a Ticketing system after closing the ticket, feedback from customers is paramount to their projects. In these types of projects, this Dynamics 365 customer voice will help automate sending survey forms to the customer email automatically after closing the ticket. After designing the survey form we can connect that form to power automate and this will trigger a survey form to the customer whenever a support engineer closes the ticket.
