What do you like best about DubBot?

Our ~300 end users have reported the user interface is significantly easier to use and navigate than our past services. They also love the SSO integration.

As the main admin, I have noticed many fewer false positives in the accessibility area, while other services gave me so many it was essentially impossible to work through issues.

What do you dislike about DubBot?

Some of the end user documentation is a little light, but after contacting DubBot support they added several help articles.

What do you like best about DubBot?

I've been most impressed by DubBot's support and customer service. They let you tag their support team in any task if you have questions or need something fixed, and they usually respond within a few hours with a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DubBot?

We rely on web editors from across our institution to fix their own webpage issues, and sometimes they don't understand the errors that show up flagged on their pages. But DubBot has done an excellent job continuing to explain accessibility errors within each flag and offer their support team to give further help if needed. What do you like best about DubBot?

Dubbot customer service and support are beyond amazing. They give very personalized attention and are incredibly responsive. The platform is intuitive and allows us to share reports with other CMS users to improve their sites. The reports are easy to read and don't require the recipient to see our entire dashboard. What do you like best about DubBot?

We have a large site and a small budget. The fucntionality DubBot provides meets our needs for a price we can afford. That alone made DubBot the best choice on the market for our team. I was genuinely surprised at the quality of support we recieved. The setup process was painless, training was provided, and there is unlimited support from an expert team. Anytime I contact DubBot, they are helpful, attentive and prompt. DubBot gives me a single place to keep tabs on all the quality assurance issues that affect our site, and they do it well.
