I like that it has the ability to perform custom checks on our website to identify specific issues associated with our site. Through the Custom Checks we are able to scan the site to find pages that were not setup correctly. They are also very responsive when it comes to support. **What do you dislike about DubBot?** While you can export certain data, it currently doesn't have the ability to export data based on set parameters. (ex. Create report of all pages that have a Google PageSpeed score below XX) However, I have requested the feature and they are open to it. **Recommendations to others considering DubBot:** I highly recommend Dubbot as a web governance tool. **What problems is DubBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** The product is great for identifying accessibility, spelling, and broken links. We have been able to fix many issues on our site. ### 4. It helps quickly identify and resolve accessibility issues. Their customer support is very responsive and the team is always eager to help. Definitely one of the best elements! **What do you dislike about DubBot?** We had a few glitches with getting initial unscheduled site crawls to work, but the DubBot team was always quick to help and improve the process. **Recommendations to others considering DubBot:** DubBot is fast, user-friendly and has great customer support. **What problems is DubBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use DubBot to make accessibility updates across the website, and now can easily see the improvements of each page/site with measurable page and site rankings. ### 5. The support staff are attentive and listen to customer feedback to make regular improvements. As a customer, you're not just another number. **What do you dislike about DubBot?** The software's accessibility scans are limited to webpages and does not cover PDF's. **What problems is DubBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reducing the need for multiple other software to find broken links, misspellings and accessibility issues. ### 7. We are able to use deep linking to quickly repair those issues as well. **What do you dislike about DubBot?** It would be good to ignore a spelling issues on a page basis. This is a feature they are working on though. **Recommendations to others considering DubBot:** DubBot is definitely worth looking at. It is still fairly new to the market and I'm optimistic that it will improve. **What problems is DubBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accessibility is a big deal for us.
