What do you like best about DubBot?

I've used Dubbot to help monitor accessibility on a large number of websites, and would say it's indespensable. Between it's friendly dashboard, email reports, CSV exports, and so many more useful features, I couldn't imagine doing website accessibility audits and general compliance of existing sites without it. Onboarding is quick and easy, and it supports accessing sites behind basic authentication so we can use it prior to a site launch. Deep linking directly to issues immensely helpful for teams.

What do you dislike about DubBot?

We don't use the features to assign tasks to users - this might be helpful for some teams, but I'd love to have some kind of integration into ticketing systems or webhooks.

What do you like best about DubBot?

DubBot has helped us understand and remediate accessibility needs across our website. The tool is powerful and provides a comprehensive analysis of our site, but it is delivered in a very attainable and intuitive way. The Support is fast, personal, and knowledgable. It was invaluable to our business to have an accessibility expert at our fingertips to answer all of our questions. What do you like best about DubBot?

As an agency that has used many products over the years, DubBot has been very easy to use for both our team and for our clients. It gives us all the tools and insights we're looking for in one product with an interface that is quick to navigate and easy to digest. This means we can focus more on addressing issues instead of struggling to just get the information.

But the biggest plus to me is how knowledgeable the DubBot team is about not only their product, but also the industry surrounding each one of their tools. For example, whenever I have had a question about an accessibility report in the past, they quickly provided an answer from the perspective of the tool with detailed insights from specific (and current) WCAG guidelines, which is extremely nice to have from your customer service representative. You can really tell this industry knowledge is what has built their product.

Overall, I can't speak highly enough about DubBot, both the product and their team. We're always happy to use it for any of our projects because we know we're getting the best in return! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DubBot?

What do you like best about DubBot?

DubBot's customer service is top notch. Our first introduction to the platform came with time for one-on-one training and quick, responsive attention for any questions that followed. We have appreciated access to the weekly crawls of our website that have helped us to improve the user experience by identifying and cleaning up misspellings, broken links, and accessibility issues captured. Additionally, as we strived to improve accessibility specifically, DubBot graciously worked with us and our CMS vendor to brainstorm solutions while going above-and-beyond with follow up communications that provided resources and best practices for us to consider. I might add that information is always provided in great detail, insight, and thoughtfulness for any task at hand. We have appreciated their wisdom and guidance. What do you like best about DubBot?

Rather than copying the tools that have come before, Dubbot's approach is more direct and almost deceptively simple. The result is a more responsive and usable application that is a pleasure to use. The options for grouping pages, importing URLs, and filtering paths with regex, are powerful yet easy to setup. Policies have the flexibility of CSS selectors, XPath, or regular expressions in addition to conventional content matching that made our migration from our legacy platform an easy move. The app feels like it was made by people who understand how to make websites and what the specific needs are of the people who manage websites.

There's an attention to detail that I love about this company and the platform that carries through from demo to implementation to customer support. The team made our migration completely painless, they're eager to get feedback and ideas about features and they're genuinely passionate about accessibility.

One standout feature in Dubbot I want to call attention to that was absent from three other platforms I looked at is evaluating heading heirarchy. Dubbot is the only platform I've seen that evaluates the heading structure of a page and calls out jumps in heading level. As anyone who relies on a screenreader will tell you, headings matter a great deal, and anyone who works with content management systems will tell you, headings are one of the toughest things to manage with quality assurance. What do you dislike about DubBot?

If I was writing this review a few weeks ago, I might have said the absence of a Github integration, but they now have a Github integration. What do you like best about DubBot?

I love the simple interface- easy to use, navigate and gets the jobs done that I purchased it for. There's no cruft to confuse or obfuscate from getting the work done. We have a large group of users that my team and I need to manage and the administrative interface is stellar- we're able to give granular access to our sites as needed without a complicated management system.

What I really LOVE- and I can't say this enough- is how personal and quick responding their support team is! We've had a few suggestions in the past, thoughts on how the system could be made a bit easier to use- the team a Dubbot took those suggestions to heart and implemented them VERY quickly. FANTASTIC support!

We used to use another competing and older tool, that unfortunately took another path- became extremely expensive, unwieldy to use, overcomplicated, and a bear for those folks to whom web design/development/editing isn't second nature. What do you like best about DubBot?

As an SEC university with a decentralized content creation process, we sought out a solution that provided a customized approach to web governance for QA, accessibility, SEO, improving user experience, and maintaining consistency across our sites: DubBot delivered! Their tool met our needs without creating unnecessary work or boxes to check. The product is easy to learn and use, integrates with our CMS via deep linking for seamless editing, and is more efficient and less expensive! DubBot's customer service went above and beyond: their team consistently communicated to ensure our needs were met, and it is great to see them when I attend conferences! What do you dislike about DubBot?

Of the tools that I have tried (4 total), DubBot was the product that met all of my needs. While they do not (currently?) include some services like behavior mapping or enterprise accessibility education programs, I wasn't looking for those things. I prefer to buy the tool I need, work with a company that does it well, and know that they prioritize quality, customer service, and relationships over quick wins and big fish. If you are looking for a one-stop shop for all of these things, DubBot may not be the right choice, but they won't sell you more than you need and stand behind their product.
