DubBot's dashboard has a streamlined interface, designed with the end-user in mind. Users are able to quickly filter to issues that they are focused on.

Within a couple of clicks, users can filter through various types of issues identified on the website. Issues can be prioritized by the number of times that they occur within pages.

Users are able to quickly monitor pages found on their website(s). They are able to sort through “trouble” pages where a large amount of issues have been identified.

DubBot can be configured to check all your PDFs for accessibility. DubBot checks for proper tagging, broken links, bookmarks, ALT text and more.

Issues are highlighted in the context of the page for users.

What do you like best about DubBot?

The four areas (Accessibilty, Web Governance, Broken Links, and Spell Check) are super easy to review and fix issues on our site. Similar services charge way more for the same features.

What problems is DubBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issue our site has, and is the same for most, is Accessibility. There are so many rules and regulations in this area, and they change, and DubBot is on top of this.

Making our website more accessible to all is not only conforming to ADA guidelines but increasing our audience and improving the user experience for all.

"Managing Governance Across a Large Suite of Sites"

"Best automated multi-page Accessibility Checker I've worked with"

What do you like best about DubBot?

Using aXe core, you know that the rules are community sources and agreed upon, not a proprietary set of debatable rules. Fast, clear and actionable results! The DubBot team is also amazingly fast at helping you understand or resolve issues. While automation can't find all accessibility issues DubBot is a GREAT tool to have in your arsenal to help find common issues and improve accessibility for all. What do you like best about DubBot?

Recommendations to others considering DubBot:

Start with just one site that uses your template and work out all the issues DubBot flags first (assuming your site has issues--your site doesn't have any issues, does it?) . Get this done before letting your users in so they're not seeing template-wide issues that aren't their responsibility to fix. Also, under your users, you can filter which issues they'll see. We recommend setting this filter to "See issues relevant to content editors" for your users who aren't part of a core web team, that way they're just seeing things like spelling errors, content accessibility errors, broken links, and your custom governance checks, and not more technical issues that are outside the scope of their position. What problems is DubBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization uses a distributed content model in which ~400 users are responsible for content across many subdomains. Getting specific governance reporting for each for these units was a missing piece in our web content strategy. DubBot has solved this issue and gets automated feedback where it needs to go. "Excellent Web Governance software"

What do you like best about DubBot?

I work on the Web Technology Services team at a large public university. We've been using Dubbot Web Governance software for about a year and are very happy with the results. When we started crawling a number of high-priority sites, we found almost 30,000 broken links, which is really not good. I tasked several student workers with getting that number down as soon as possible. Within several months we were down to under one hundred broken links, and we manage to keep the number below one hundred using Dubbot on a daily basis.

We have also written several custom accessibility checks, along with the checks built-in to Dubbot, and accessibility across our web presence has improved significantly as a result.

Dubbot has excellent support. I receive timely responses to my requests and on several occasions have had very helpful one-on-one support sessions to work through more complicated questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DubBot?

I would like for there to be a one-click solution to crawling all sites using Dubbot, as at the moment I need to manually select crawl for each site, which can be a bit time-consuming. "Sweet spot of usability, features, support, and price"

What do you like best about DubBot?

Don’t sleep on DubBot! We use it on our company internet site, a handful of project sites, and even our intranet (which DubBot can authenticate into) to keep everything in top shape. Very intuitive user experience making it easy to quickly review and address any issues. No feature bloat – only just what you need at a very competitive cost.
