If any features functions without error I could list something. Cost is probably the only pro. **What do you dislike about DrChrono by EverHealth.?** Look elsewhere. Support is not helpful. You can submit a support ticket which results in either an awareness of an issue with no steps for resolution, or a flat out we can't reproduce your issue, sorry. They called and texted 150 of my clients at 2am, took no accountability for it and can not promise it won't happen again. I turned my reminders off completely, losing major functionality. There isn't a person you can contact or talk to about issues. A support ticket is your only option. And when you want to talk about contract issues, you wait weeks to get someone and multiple submissions about the same issue. There are so many buggy problems, appointments that don't save, billing that doesn't save, or requires multiple refresh or changes to take effect. **What problems is DrChrono by EverHealth. solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's causing me more problems than solving right now. Beyond that, their business practices are deceptive. They make promises they don’t keep, and once they have your money, good luck getting any resolution. The platform itself is outdated and clunky. The UI is frustratingly bad, making even simple tasks a headache. It feels like it hasn’t been updated in years, yet they still charge premium prices. If you’re looking for a reliable, user-friendly system with decent support—stay far away from DrChrono. I absolutely do not recommend this software to anyone. ### 4. Been experiencing issues with the Day Sheet for a month now (duplicate totals) and NO resolution in sight. Can't get someone 'higher up' to figure this out! This saves me so much time and is the main reason I can't leave this product. Many years later while other EHRs have come out with new iOS apps, DrChrono continues to be the most robust and efficient option. Most of the built-in practice management features are outdated and clunky but if you use other software for scheduling and patient engagement, DrChrono offers you best-in-class, lightning-fast charting and medication management for iOS. **What do you dislike about DrChrono by EverHealth.?** The problem I have is that DrChrono has done very little to modernize their product. Since being taken over by Updox, there have been minor improvements to some features that not everybody would benefit from. But very little improvement has been made to the overall product. The telemedicine option is a waste of time with so many simpler options on the market, plus they charge extra for those visits, which might have been okay 10 years ago. There are frequent backend issues such as slowness and brief outages on a weekly basis. The OnPatient patient portal is outdated and quite boring and the built-in scheduling system is old and tedious, creating a lackluster patient experience. OnPatient seems to get zero attention from DrChrono, with not a single UI or feature update since launch. For all of these reasons, I avoid all of the practice management and patient engagement features and use DrChrono solely as an EHR. **What problems is DrChrono by EverHealth. solving and how is that benefiting you?** DrChrono is a time saver for providers and leader in data security due to its mobile app platform and iOS programming. The checkin app is pretty awful, would be nice if the patient could just check in without going through their whole profile again. Faxing is expensive at 5 cents a page. Billing issues have resulted in loosing substantial reimbursement claims. The people who do the training don't know the program. I seemed to know more than they did simply by playing with the program. Trainers have called over google phone which was impossible to understand her. Called Medicare Rep who said "DrChrono needs to get off their butt" and then took DrChrono's information due to their inability to to enroll me. It's been since last year.
