"Dovetail has helped us collect data and make sure we are helping our employees best. "

What do you like best?

We don't use them often but the reports are definitely one of the pieces I like best. Overall the data that we can gather through this system has helped us greatly since that was our main objective. We are growing rapidly and this is helping us know what is important to our employees and making sure we are adequately staffed.

What do you dislike?

Email notifications and how they are either an all or nothing to the HR staff who are connected to certain queues. Also, would like more functionality on the homescreen/dashboard.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Seeing questions that are constantly coming up and determining if there are ways to get that information out there so employees can access it themselves. With are growth Dovetail has helped us see where we may need more support.

"Easy to use system, but still has some key functionality missing"

What do you like best?

I like that it is very easy to use and easy to configure. The support team ROCKS and is always very helpful and available.

What do you dislike?

Frankly, we have been waiting for some common functionality for a very long time. Specifically the SLA module has been talked about for a couple of years and now the new user interface is delayed being released. Also, a common functionality of being able to place a case "on hold" as opposed to closing is still pending release.
