DoubleShift Reviews & Product Details

I do not often write reviews but for DoubleShift I felt the need to.

I must preface this review with the fact that I have been with many of the most popular software companies for website creators, dealer inventory, market pricing, bookings/appraisals and general dealership functionality features/much more.

Website creation -

I was exhausted of having the same cookie cutter design that every other dealership in my local area are using. The world is digital now, most to all shoppers are looking at your inventory online before ever coming to your lot. If you don't stand ou with your website, you already lost the battle. Now I stand out exactly how I want to.

User Interface -

There are an unimaginable number of tasks to keep track of and perform with a dealership software. The menus and interface of doubleshift are just easy to use. No useless buttons, no hidden menus, and best of all if I want to do a task that I normally do, it's always located exactly where I think it would be. No more calling a rep to find out how to do something that should be relatively easy.

Dealer Inventory -

They have everything everyone else does. All the essentials and a few nice additions such as title tracker and management for vehicles that aren't retail ready yet. You don't have to use them but the options are there.

Market pricing and books -

One easy place to find books on vehicles and view all your competitors with the same vehicles and prices. I've used two market pricing tools, this one is simple to use, no extra information that doesn't matter. It's well calculated and lets me know exactly where I am in the market. I'm a lot happier with the price of this one too.

As for everything else, the biggest plus of the software is that it puts all the tools in your hands. Every other company that has software like this blocks about 90% of what you are able to do with your own website and inventory without tremendous effort and having to work with someone. I finally feel like I have the ability to take control and succeed in such a pressured online marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much to say here. No company is perfect. If anything does go wrong, there is a built in enhancement/bug report button. Anytime I've ever had an issue, I've placed one of these and it's been handled same day with a call or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
