What I like best about Dot Compliance QMS is that it makes managing quality processes a lot easier by automating tasks and keeping everything in one place. It’s built on Salesforce, so it’s reliable and easy to use. You don’t have to deal with messy spreadsheets or disconnected systems — it helps you track documents, training, audits, and other quality activities smoothly. Overall, it saves time, reduces mistakes, and helps companies stay compliant without as much hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Dot Compliance QMS is that it can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users who aren’t familiar with Salesforce. Setting it up and customizing it can take time and may require help from support or IT. Some users also find that certain features are rigid — it’s not always easy to tailor the system exactly the way you want. And because it’s built on Salesforce, the cost can be higher compared to some other QMS options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
