"User-Friendly, Reliable DocuSign That Speeds Up Document Signing"
4/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how user-friendly the UI/UX is and how easy it is to send, sign, and manage documents. The integrations with other software make it convenient to keep everything connected, and the overall performance is reliable and efficient. The pricing and ROI are reasonable considering how much time it saves compared to handling paperwork manually. Support and onboarding are straightforward, and the AI/intelligence features continue to make the platform more useful. Overall, DocuSign makes document management and electronic signatures much faster and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

One thing I don't like about DocuSign is that some of the features and settings can feel more complicated than they need to be, especially when managing multiple documents or recipients. The UI is generally easy to use, but finding certain options can sometimes take a little digging. Pricing can also become expensive for businesses that need more advanced features or higher usage. I think the overall experience could be improved by simplifying some of the workflows and making commonly used settings easier to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Hassle-Free Signing That Keeps Contracts Moving"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

From a day-to-day operations standpoint, what I appreciate most is how quickly it helps get things finalized. Instead of chasing people down or waiting days for someone to print, sign, and scan a contract back to us, clients can simply open the link on their phones and finish it in a couple of minutes—without needing to create an account. On top of that, the automated tracking saves me a ton of time because I can see exactly who has opened the document and who’s holding things up. It takes away the awkward guessing game and cuts down on the constant follow-up emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The only real headache is the pricing model—the platform gets incredibly expensive as your volume grows, and they charge you for "envelopes" even if the recipient never actually signs the document. The template management side is also surprisingly clunky; modifying fields on an existing form or trying to correct a small typo after a document has already been sent out is a massive pain, often forcing you to completely void the envelope and start over from scratch. On top of that, their customer support has become notoriously hard to reach, so if a critical contract gets stuck in limbo or an API sync breaks, you're usually stuck dealing with a bot rather than getting a quick answer from a real person. "Docusign Makes Signing Fast, Easy, and Paperless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about Docusign is how incredibly easy it is to use. It has completely eliminated the old, tedious routine of having to print out forms just to sign and scan them back. Everything is handled digitally in seconds.

Another great feature is the flexibility it offers with signatures. It gives you various signature formats and styles to choose from, allowing you to pick the one you like best or that looks the most professional, rather than forcing you into a single generic font. It saves a massive amount of time and saves paper as well. It is decreasing carbon footprint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The customer support is also very hard to reach when you actually need help with an urgent contract Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, User-Friendly DocuSign That’s Essential for Sales"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

DocuSign is easy to use and very user-friendly. I’ve been using it for more than three years, and I’m happy to use it every day because it is an essential part of my work in sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

There isn’t any functionality I dislike. In fact, I once showed a useful DocuSign feature to the person responsible for contracts at Datadog. She wanted me to redo the entire signature process for a customer contract involving more than six people because she believed the signing dates were missing.

I explained that I had completed the process through DocuSign, so I explored the platform and downloaded the Certificate of Completion. It showed both the date and exact time of each signature. She was very grateful, and I avoided having to restart the entire signature process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Time-Saving E-Signatures with Easy Tracking and Notifications"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I like DocuSign because it makes the e-signature process simple and quick. The interface is easy to use and we can easily send documents, track the status, and get notifications. Also, I like that everything is in one place, so we don't have to keep following up. Still, overall it saves a lot of time and makes the process much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

One thing I dislike about DocuSign is that sometimes the notifications can be a bit confusing, and it takes some time to figure out what action is needed. Also, some features are not that easy to find at first. Other than that, there is not much to dislike, but the overall experience can still be improved a little. "Solid esignature app with a few alignment quirks"
4/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

Honestly, the best part is just how much time it saves compared to the old way of doing things. Before, I was printing document, out signing them, scanning them back in, and emailing them. Now I just upload the PDF, drag the signature where they need to go, and hit send. The template feature is also super handy for standard forms I use all the time, so I don’t have to setup the fields from scratch every single time. It's also great that the people receiving the documents don't need their own account to sign them they just click the link and sign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The pricing tiers is a bit confusing and honestly a little expensive if I only need to send a few documents a month. Also if I have a really weirdly formatted PDF, sometimes placing the text and signature boxes exactly where I want them is a bit finicky. The alignment tools can be a bit smoother. "Great mobile signing experience, but a bit expensive for low volume"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

The biggest upside is that clients can sign directly from their mobile browser without needing to create an account or install anything. For example, when I send a freelance web development contract or a non-disclosure agreement to a new client for Toolkit Gen, they just get an email, open the link on their phone, and follow the automatic scrolling to the next signature tag. It makes the process feel effortless for signers, and it significantly reduces document turnaround time from days to literally minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The pricing feels pretty steep if you only need to send a few documents each month. As an independent software developer handling small-scale projects, I only send a handful of contracts and agreements. The subscription tiers are heavily geared toward large enterprise companies with high volume, which makes it tough to justify the ongoing cost. Additionally, if a client spots a minor typo or needs a small adjustment after an agreement is sent, you cannot easily edit the live document you have to void the entire envelope and start the whole setup process over again. "Straightforward, Secure Process for Reviewing and Signing Documents"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

The platform is easy-to-use, from prompts through each of the individuals involved (signer, recipient, etc.) to the message for the recipients to completing the forms with standard options (e.g., signature, text box, date). Additionally, the "history" feature keeps track of the signing progress, and it is secure. Finally, recipients do not need an account to be able to review and sign documents, and they can sign wherever they are, whenever it is convenient, streamlining the signing process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

My biggest hurdle with Docusign is determining when I need a form to be accessed as a prefilled form or for the recipient to fill it. When I upload the nearly-completed form, I always pause at the question related to how to proceed so it retains the values I have included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign Streamlines Contracts and Keeps Deals Moving"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how it makes the sales process more efficient. From an SDR perspective, reducing friction around contracts and approvals helps keep deals moving and creates a smoother experience for both prospects and internal teams. I also like that it’s a well-established product that solves a clear, everyday business problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

One thing I’d say is that, given how established DocuSign is, there’s a lot of competition in the e-signature and contract management space. From an SDR perspective, that can sometimes make prospecting more challenging because prospects may already have a solution in place. That said, I see this more as an opportunity to understand the customer’s current process and identify where DocuSign could add more value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign: Trusted, Secure E‑Signatures with Smooth Workflow Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

DocuSign delivers a remarkably frictionless experience for both senders and signers. Since document rendering is handled dynamically in the cloud, signers get near-instant load times and can execute legally binding documents right from their mobile phones without installing any software. This removes the old bottleneck of making clients print, sign, scan, and email documents back. In our case, contract turnaround times dropped from days to minutes. I also really appreciate the platform’s strong security and legal compliance, which gives us peace of mind when we’re sharing sensitive documents.

From a technical standpoint, the workflow integration is excellent. The REST API is well-suited for high-volume automation and consistently processes transactions at scale, which lets us embed the signing experience directly into our internal platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

If you’re planning to integrate the e-signature functionality programmatically into your own app or platform, keep the pricing limitations in mind. The entry-level plans (Personal or Standard) don’t include API access, so you’ll need to upgrade to at least a Business Pro plan to get those developer capabilities.
