The clear indication of clickable areas has made the signing process easy for all recipients, reducing any confusion or difficulties. Additionally, the convenience of not requiring our customers to sign up for an account before signing documents has been a major advantage. DocuSign has truly streamlined our document signing process and enhanced the overall experience for both us and our customers. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** We have situations where some customers were reluctant to sign sales agreement with us digitally through Docusign , and would rather sign agreements physically. The intuitive graphical interface is great for quickly finding what I need, while being thorough in ensuring all signatures are collected as required. It's quick to switch between signatories and it allows me to securely store a copy with a free Docusign account so that other parties have easy access when revisions are made - they're even notified by email! This greatly streamlines processes such as mortgage applications, making them much more efficient overall. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** I find it discouraging that DocuSign does not have an easy way to edit documents. I get frustrated when adding blank fields to a page because of the potential alignment issues that take time and effort to fix. The ability to change fonts would be great to have the ability to change fonts so that everything on my document(s) looks consistent rather than having mixed font sizes and fonts. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocuSign solves the problem of signing contracts quickly and securely. They are very easy to overlook when the signer is just going from required field to required field. In addition, I find their customer service team extremely helpful when I need help understanding complex legal terminology within contracts or if there is an issue at any step of my workflow process. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** I have found several issues with DocuSign that are cause for concern. Bugs in the software, such as the inability to upload new documents, remain unresolved and customer service is poor. We've not really had any issues with the software functioning how we need it to. It has a lot of features and its easy to use. I think Docusign is considered the industry's go-to, although other options are popping up regularly. We have switched to PandaDoc and have found that they have many of the same features and is just as easy to use. I think for someone using the standard plans sold through their website, it's probably a great service. We used an enterprise level plan and had a horrible experience. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** Our experience with the Support Team and Account Managers has been truly awful. They messed up our billing and then wanted to come to us and have us pay twice so that they can fix their accounting and mark the usage paid in the right quarter. The request was completely unprofessional. This was also after I had worked with two other account managers in a matter of 5 months. Our account manager changed so often that each time, I would have to explain what had previously happened because they came to us asking for payment for something already paid for. It seems that the departments do not communicate well, even though there are regular staffing changes. And when I worked with the Support Team, they would direct me to our Account Manager. I had only contacted the Support Team initially because our Account Manager told me to. As a Director level employee at my company, this is a tremendous waste of my time and the company's money. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We send contracts to our customers for certain services. We used an integration so documents are automatically sent when requested by our client. It helped us outsource that task as we needed. ### 29. However, this integration capability was suddenly revoked from us without any notification. By going through a process with support to try and fix the integration, it was discovered that this now requires an upgrade to their Business Pro plan plus a Salesforce Connect add-on. There seemed to be confusion between their support team and sales team as to which features were required, and overall, the communication from their team was unclear. We're highly disappointed with their customer support and lack of communication on changes in plans and pricing. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending out documents to sign and retrieving signatures easily for our end user. ### 32. I always have to edit my Word template, then upload to DocuSign, then fill in / modify field placements. I hope that one day you can do it all within DocuSign. I think Adobe has that functionality. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are solving the issue of getting esignatures from other people. In this day in age, I don't think companies / individuals should spend the time to manually sign and scan anything. ### 33. They told me the system would update automatically and not to worry about it. Of course, it didn't, and I was overcharged on my next bill. I reached back out to support, explained the problem, and asked for a partial refund and to remove the additional seat. They opened a ticket and said they removed the seat and that I would receive a refund within 10-14 business days. I reached back out 3 weeks later as I had not received the refund. The lady in support told me their finance department was backed up and that they hadn't begun processing my refund yet. I logged into my bank account today to see the monthly charge from Docusign, overcharged again. Not only have they not refunded me, but they didn't fix the problem and overcharged me again. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending contracts for employees and clients. ### 38. They will get in touch ~ 5 days before contract renewal and be very persistent about signing up. After you do, it is impossible to get through to anyone, even if it is to try to pay your bill.
