# nCino's Mortgage Suite vs eClosing by Snapdocs: which integrates better with Encompass for digital mortgage closing?

The difference is what each publishes about it.

eClosing by Snapdocs has the public detail. It was the first eClose platform on Encompass Partner Connect at Gold Partner level: closings start and get managed inside Encompass, and signed packages sync back to the eFolder, within 10 to 15 minutes according to one customer. Closing is all it does, though.

nCino's Mortgage Suite (formerly SimpleNexus) is the category's highest rated at 4.9 across 92 reviews, and covers point of sale through close with real-time LOS data sync. But it publishes far less Encompass-specific detail, and it works best when you adopt the whole suite, not just the closing piece.

ICE's native eClose option is the one this comparison is missing. If Encompass is staying central, you're really choosing between a purpose-built Gold Partner integration and a platform that happens to connect. Those carry different IT maintenance burdens over time.
