"Knowingly illegal billing practices, better & less expensive billing practices"

What do you dislike about Docusign?

They failed to provide billing notifications for >2 years as legally required. They achknowledged required emails were not sent but refused to refund the fair amount. The process tooks months and wasted time and more than 15 emails. F*** Docusign! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
