What do you like best about Docusign?

being able to write up a quick agreement and send it off to have it signed within minutes is an outstanding feature. It allows us to look more professional while also maintaining costs, We currently use it for sales agreements where our clients cannot afford our service at the current price and we allow them a discount if they agree to sign on for X number of months, the longer they agree to stay on the more significant the discount is. What do you dislike about Docusign?

The biggest issue we have it not being able to load in a document and set the text boxes in place as a template, having to load in text boxes for the clients information every single time is a bit of a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Docusign:

Docusign is a great product and service, it allows you to track the user who signed the agreement as well. you can see the location they were via google maps at the moment they viewed the document and when they signed it, it also gives their IP address. If you need a service to help uphold the validity of your agreements this is it, it has worked wonders for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?

This helps us fight charge backs as the user has signed an agreement to use our services while also allowing us to look more professional. It also puts the user at ease to see we have an official agreement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awful Experience"

What do you like best about Docusign?

nothing because I found another company that offers the same thing cheaper and simpler and better in every way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

deception and theft (charged me months after I canceled subscription), was not user-friendly, very confusing packages and rules, difficult to figure out, constantly changing the software around, VERY LIMITED SUPPORT (and none when you really need it) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used it for e-signatures in bulk, and was told by multiple sales reps when I was first starting out that sending out a bulk envelope for multiple individual signatures counted as only one envelope, but NOPE! Turns out it doesn't. Then when I called again about it (back when phone support was available, which it's not anymore), I was told again that the website was wrong and even though it said I went over my allowed number of envelopes, I actually hadn't. But then I spoke with a different DocuSign rep who said I HAD gone over the limit and that bulk send is the same as indiviudal envelopes. VERY CONFUSING AND FRUSTRATING. But the biggest issue now is that they charged me MONTHS after I canceled my subscription, and support is not available to anyone without a paid plan. I am considering my options of how to take legal action against DocuSign for deception and theft since I can't reach anyone for a refund. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
