Docusign Reviews & Product Details

I appreciate the simplicity of having all the required documents compiled into one file, with the initials and signatures already clearly marked, which guided me straight to the right spots to add them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I often got lost right after entering my initials or signature. It felt like the document’s scalability was severely affected: the page would jump around and then wouldn’t move forward to the next step. Sometimes I ended up back at the beginning. Even though the required areas were indicated or highlighted, navigating through the whole process was tense and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how easy DocuSign is to use, especially the templates for documentation. They're super helpful when I need to send documents to a wide audience because they can be easily customized and personalized for each recipient. I also appreciate the interface, which is what-you-see-is-what-you-get, enabling me to edit documents in a way that's straightforward, whether they're Word docs or PDFs. To me it's no different than using Microsoft Word, which makes the whole process simple and intuitive. Overall, I'm happy that my current employer uses DocuSign as it's a product I've liked for a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing, I really like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I manage customer success stories for my org, so being able to reliably send and receive release forms for signatures is crucial. Docusign delivers on this need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think Docusign is user friendly until you need to some anything administrative (using it beyond simply sending and receiving). Anything beyond this (setting up web forms, etc.) is way complicated. I looked for tutorials online and even tried some Docusign training materials, but nothing seems to work for me. I really like how DocuSign is super easy to navigate, making it straightforward for anyone to use without requiring much training. It's really quick and efficient for executing contracts. I love the integration capability, as it connects well with our contract management system, allowing us to keep track of all our signed contracts efficiently. This integration is essential for my role as a lawyer, enabling quick and easy access to contracts. The ease of setup was also impressive, making it simple to train the business on how to use it. These aspects make DocuSign very valuable to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest downside is that some plan options can feel a little complicated, especially when you’re trying to figure out which features are included in each plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use is a key consideration for our staff and our clients. I don't have anything to say about the downside, I haven't found any. Teaching staff how to use this daily has been easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helpful thing is to turn signing from a 3-5 day process into a 2 minute process. Speed and convenience. No printing, scanning or driving to sign. You can sign from your phone anywhere. For businesses, documents that used to take days by email or courier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Price

It's expensive for what it is, especially for individuals or small teams. The free plan is very limited (3 sends), and paid plans are per user/month. Competitors like Dropbox Sign, Adobe Sign, or PandaDoc are often cheaper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use DocuSign for contracts within our company and with our partners, and it really helps with getting agreements signed in a timely fashion. If we have a deadline for a photoshoot or need contracts signed immediately, this is the fastest way. I also like that it sends copies to both parties, which is nice. The initial setup was very easy, taking less than 10 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think having folders that you can customize and store documents would be great. Maybe by context, it can filter your docs into folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The challenge I faced is in logging; I think when we are using it with Chrome, we have to log in multiple times, but in other browsers, it works fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
