The thing enterprise plans tend to underestimate most is how much custom reporting work is needed post go-live, not the user rollout itself, since getting 200 people logged in is mostly a project-management problem while getting the right numbers into the right dashboard is a data problem. I've noticed that gap in reviews too: one enterprise Devensoft reviewer said the standard operational reports weren't that relevant to their specific reporting needs, so they had to build custom reports through the embedded Power BI, which took real time to set up even though the vendor supported them well through it. That reporting layer, not onboarding headcount, is usually where the plan runs long.
