It’s frustrating to deal with a new sales executive every time, which makes it hard to build any meaningful relationship or continuity. They seem to prioritize revenue from companies rather than offering genuine support or tailored solutions. We use it for basic e-signature needs, but at this point, we’re reconsidering whether it's worth continuing. I like that I can see the progress of the document in terms of which signatory needs to sign it. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** This could be a feature that exists but that my organization has not made available to its employees, but I dislike that I cannot add my own template to my Docusign account. In many instances I have needed to send the same document, but adjusted a few fields for date or name, but I have had to create it from scratch each instance. I also dislike that Docusign will not allow me to change my last name, which I legally changed once I got married. It is bogged down by the alerts like "We found PDF Data" and "See your environmental impact!" I send a lot of documents, so seeing these every time is a huge pain to dissmiss them over and over. It is also very buggy and lacks the customization needed. For example, different forms require different date formats. I have no way of customizing the date format of the "Date Signed." The other very user unfriendly thing is Bulk Send. It would be such a time saver if I could just put all of the people in like normal, but instead the feature is unuseable and I end up needing to send all of the envelopes individually. I am now dealing with a glitch and customer support has been horrible and very confusing to navigate. This creates significant confusion. At times DocuSign event auto-directed signature requests to the personal account and created friction and ample additional workload on our organization. * Difficult to bulk download signed documents without an upcharge DocuSign tool. * Misrepresentated that we could have . Orderd 15K envelopes for two years. Only used 5K envelopes in that time. DocuSign made little concessions to us and we were going to lose out on 10K plus envelopes we paid for. * DocuSign forces a service plan on you for a significant additional charge. If all of the selected standard fields can be Optional, that would be very helpful for me. Any time I have had an issue, DocuSign support has been there to assist me, and they offer great lessons to do on your free time to learn more about the program. I use DocuSign multiple times a week and find it integral to the operation of my company. We had an assisted training program when we first joined DocuSign which helpd many of us learn how to use the program, integrating it into our company seamlessly. It took me ages to figure out their bizarre system of getting a limited number of "sends", in the process, I accidentally sent and deleted several documents, but big shock those were subtracted from my total count. I was forced to go through support to ask for more "sends", and they made a big exception for me for something that shouldn't have been a thing in the first place. Fast forward a year, I haven't used the software at all except for at the very beginning. I'm billed again without any notification. After cancelling the account, I'm shown a message that says I should get in touch with support for a refund. I assume they will refund me the prorated amount. Wrong. After I email support, they tell me I have to dispute this with my credit card company. I send them the screenshot of the message, but they don't care. This is their company policy. What a load of nonsense, these guys are clowns. Find a different software to do this job, there are plenty of others, and any of them would be a better choice. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** After some troubleshooting, I was able to send documents for a signature. ### 40. I frequently need to collect signatures from customers that need to be verified and have no other way to easily get that done. DocuSign is a great help for that! **What do you dislike about Docusign?** The main issue I run into with DocuSign is people failing the authentication prior to being able to open the envelope they've been sent. This is usually easily resolved by resending the envelope and having them try authentication again. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am non customer facing in my role but still need to collect signatures quite often, Docusign makes it really easy for me to still collect those signatures without having to send documents through the mail. I was previously an Adobe Sign user, but I really like working with DocuSign. It is very user friendly; initating documents to sign, adding signature/text boxes, making changes or changing the document, and not requiring an account for the signer. DocuSign is mobile friendly for the signers, which has created efficiences. We use DocuSign for obtaining signatures on contracts, MOUs, accounting documents, expense reports, internal memos, letters of support, and HR documents. After COVID shutdown in March 2020, we were able to easily intergrate DocuSign in to our everyday use, thus allowing remote work possible. We use DocuSign daily and have three major users in our small business. DocuSign works for us and I recommend it to anyone looking for a eSignature solution. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** We recently did a cost comparision with Adobe, while Adobe was cheaper, we opted to remain with DocuSign. No funky page loads, no hard to figure out codes. I loved having an implementation coach who was able to walk me through quite a bit. I love how the application allows me to customize certain fields. Copy/Pasting is super easy. The email component works well - I really appreciate the notifications that I receive throughout the entire process. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** It is very expensive. However, all of the free solutions are micey-mouse and don't work as seemlessly and have the depth of customizations as docusign. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had over 60 pages of paperwork each new hire had to sign during orientations. I was making photocopies of photocopies. Docusign allowed us to create digital documents and send those out prior to new hires starting. This saves us time and money having to sit down with new hire on day one to get each paper signed.
