What do you like best about Document360?

It is easy to create and publish articles. The site allows for several categories that are easy to navigate for our clients. It was easy to implement the tool. Our team has been using Doc360 for a year now and we have created an extensive help site that is useful to our users. What do you dislike about Document360?

We have had a little trouble with the commenting tool. I think some of this stems from navigating between their new editor and old editor and some of our comments disappearing, but we hope as our entire team migrates to the new editor this will be less of an issue. What do you like best about Document360?

Document360 is easy to use and enables us to write new articles quickly. The site allows our customers to find the documenation they are looking for and leave feedback on articles. We have found the 'eddy' search bar very useful when trying to find the right information. Our article writers also use the 'ai writer' feature which has made our standard of documenation even better. Document360 are always bringing out new features to their platform and when you raise a feature request, it's likely it will be in the product in a few months! What do you like best about Document360?

What do you dislike about Document360?

Update: The bug mentioned in my last post was fixed quickly. Since then there have been nice updates like AI enhancements which will likely come into play for our company in the near future.

The only gripe I would have with the software is that it does have some bugs, but most software does. The good thing however is that support acknowledges them and attempts to find a solution for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Document360?

I love how easy and intuitive the interface is to use. I'm able to write, manage, publish, and customize everything from the same location smoothly and easily. The content editor has all the necessary features and more. Furthermore, the support team is always open to feedback to improve it. The article versioning capabilities are more helpful and intuitive than git or other tools. This allows me to get my work done quickly and effectively to publish on time and revert to any previous version if needed.

It is very easy to fully customize the produced KB website to fit our needs. I a not a developer and don't like to spend my time fiddling with the front end but it has been very to customize and make changes. The support team is also very helpful and punctual when I've needed help to customize certain elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Besides the great perks and ease of use, Doc360 provides the best customer support. Always responsive and attentive, they listen to our needs and find a quick solution. UI is easy to use and css customizations create almost endless possibilities for brand design.
