I didn't use it much. Now I cannot use it any longer. **What do you dislike about BigID?** I purchased a LTD on Appsumo for Illow (cookie banner and policy SAAS) in September 2023. BigID took over that company and decided not to honer the LTDs they had with many customers. My account got deleted, I cannot even login on the new platform. Their platform's dashboard is very clear and it offers a great overview. **What do you dislike about BigID?** The cost is a bit high to be honest and the platform is a bit slow at times. I've used other similar apps before, but this was the one I was most happy about. I didn't get to chat with their customers support team so far! **What problems is BigID solving and how is that benefiting you?** We live in a world were your private information needs to remain private and I think Big ID really helps in doing so.
