**What do you like best about DigitalRX?**

it is easy to use. and easy to teach. it shows the button on the top which makes it easy

**What do you dislike about DigitalRX?**

the first con is almost everything is preset and it does not let you to personalize it. if you want to add a doctor it does not let you if the doctor does not have DEA. once a month the atleast we find a glitch and when I call the customer service they cant fix them and they have to restart the server

**What problems is DigitalRX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its easy to learn and new employees can use it after a week or so. it gives me a great over view of the business plan as well as detail information

**What do you like best about DigitalRX?**

I like that I am able to sort a patient's medical history really easily in alphabetical order, or date order, or date written order. I am also able to see if it has been sold since the system is connected to the cashier system. Typing prescriptions was also very simple and straight forward. I like that we can customize our short codes into the program too. 

**What do you dislike about DigitalRX?**

None! I wish CVS and other larger corporations used Digital RX. It is simple and easy to use. 

**Recommendations to others considering DigitalRX:**

Definitely recommend for all independent pharmacy owners

**What problems is DigitalRX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use, so we are able to help our customers faster. By viewing just their profile, we can answer all their questions without having to go to another page. It was also easy to edit a prescription, reverse it, and transmit and print it.

**What do you like best about DigitalRX?**

The system allows multiple portals and users to be open at no significant cost. Startup fee is very low and great for an independent pharmacy. 

**What do you dislike about DigitalRX?**

Glitches in the system are very common. There are many pop up windows and settings that may not apply to your store that cause pop up fatigue. They happen so much, that the users get used to clicking through them, rendering them virtually useless.  The system is widely updated, which at first may see like a great thing. However, with every update and new feature, it breaks and causes errors with a different feature. While sometimes, customer support may be very helpful, there are a frequent number of cases in which customer support is very lacking. Open ticket numbers may be created but never resolved. And support does not respond very quickly, which is very frustrating when patients are on the other end, waiting for answers. 

**What problems is DigitalRX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DigitalRX makes it easy to request that features be added - but they take a long time to do it. The system is not fully developed even after having been in existence for a while.  Compared to other system, DigitalRX does not have many features - especially in long-term care. Benefits include the ability to create as many users as you'd like and open as many terminals as you'd like. That being said, many other software systems make it so that you don't have to open so many terminals.

**What do you like best about DigitalRX?**

It is somewhat easy and intuitive to learn the system with most functions being pretty self-explanatory. The allergy database is pretty comprehensive and does flag any possible cross-reactivities among the different drugs. 

**What do you dislike about DigitalRX?**

It is very slow and freezes multiple times throughout the day, server goes down at least a couple times in 3-6 months, completely disabling the workflow of the pharmacy. All functions are quite still archaic, requiring the staff to carry out the tasks manually. Updates that increase features actually cause further issues; most pharmacists end up using the older version to approve meds. Glitches are rampant, causing minor mistakes on the Rx labels and excessive pop-up errors, and ultimately decrease overall productivity of the pharmacy.

**Recommendations to others considering DigitalRX:**

Would not use if you are looking to maximize productivity and profitability in the long-term. System is pretty dirt cheap, so if the plan is to maximize profits in the short-term and sell, not a bad option.

**What problems is DigitalRX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems are solved or addressed by DigitalRX, rather created by DigitalRX. Benefit is that the monthly cost of the system is exponentially lower than any system in the market.

Fast, easy has all tabs on one screen, good customer service and improving

Adding more feature to align with retail and long term and probably better education and training is necessary
