
I like that I am able to sort a patient's medical history really easily in alphabetical order, or date order, or date written order. I am also able to see if it has been sold since the system is connected to the cashier system. Typing prescriptions was also very simple and straight forward. Glitches in the system are very common. There are many pop up windows and settings that may not apply to your store that cause pop up fatigue. They happen so much, that the users get used to clicking through them, rendering them virtually useless. The system is widely updated, which at first may see like a great thing. However, with every update and new feature, it breaks and causes errors with a different feature. While sometimes, customer support may be very helpful, there are a frequent number of cases in which customer support is very lacking. Open ticket numbers may be created but never resolved. It is somewhat easy and intuitive to learn the system with most functions being pretty self-explanatory. The allergy database is pretty comprehensive and does flag any possible cross-reactivities among the different drugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very slow and freezes multiple times throughout the day, server goes down at least a couple times in 3-6 months, completely disabling the workflow of the pharmacy. All functions are quite still archaic, requiring the staff to carry out the tasks manually. Updates that increase features actually cause further issues; most pharmacists end up using the older version to approve meds.
