Can't cancel the service. I've been using Practice fusion since 2016 and then they started charging $99 a month that I went to $149 a month then I was pressured into a subscription plan minimum one year because it would've been impossible to wrap up all the Practice notes and insurance claims within a few weeks.

Practice Fusion is low cost (~$120/month). It is very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to easily make personalized templates that made documenting office visits or televisits quick and thorough. Just like with any EHR, there is a learning curve at first, but the learning curve with Practice Fusions was faster than any other EHR I have used. I have been completely satisfied with the product since I started using it 5 years ago.

I strongly recommend adding Updox to the EHR. It allows for online consent forms to be reviewed and signed by patients and saved to the charts, as well as faxing and a streamlined televisit format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
