The way that deskhero has tackled the problem will revolutionize your business. The days of manually administering and answering all your support tickets are gone, the dawn of a new era is emerging.
Deskhero is very easy to configure and you will be operational in a short period of time.
The advanced KB article library where you can store data about your product portfolio and then use it for automically send support answers back to end users is a game changer. The Knowledge Base will definately be the epicentre of where your organisation will work in order to enrich the AI model for more precise answers and suggestions.
I cannot do anything else than to recommend everyone to evaluate DeskHero. DeskHero has all the prerequisites to become a key player in the customer service market segment in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
