Fast turn around times, excellent communication, willingness to work closely with us to address feedback, willingness to change style to better fit our goals, great project management, quality design work, seamless integration with Slack, ease of project requests

**What problems is Design Buffs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a fast-growing startup with many (ever-changing) design needs. Design Buffs stepped in at a critical time of our growth and provided top-notch services that helped us grow our brand and meet client demands. 

It has been a true pleasure working with the DesignBuffs team (particularly Blair, Regine, and Carsten), and I have been very impressed by Blair's design work. Our most recent project was on an animation-heavy video for a major client. He produced world-class work throughout the process and was incredibly responsive to ongoing feedback. His turnaround times are always faster than expected, and he is professional and kind in every interaction. He is also a creative problem solver and has found ways to take our projects to the next level. 

Regine + Carsten provided fantastic project management and communication.

**What do you like best about Design Buffs?**

1) The designers! I personally work directly with Regine and she is seriously the best - talented, friendly, detail-oriented, and such a joy to work with. 2) How efficient the whole process is and how easy the site is to use. And 3) the outcome! The work they do is awesome. Such a talented team of designers who produce stellar designs!

**What do you dislike about Design Buffs?**

I haven't found anything I dislike about Design Buffs.

**Recommendations to others considering Design Buffs:**

Highly recommend trying Design Buffs out! After 1 project with my designer, I knew this was a great fit.

**What problems is Design Buffs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whether that be a big design project or a small task you need to get done fast, an easy submission on Design Buffs gets that taken care of. It's a huge weight lifted off my shoulders since we don't have an in-house designer. It allows me to focus on other tasks and get more done while all my design-related requests are getting taken care of.
