Saves my front desk time to be efficient in accomplishing other tasks than confirming each and every patient. Being able to communicate with patients after hours!

There is not one thing that I dislike about LegWork.

LegWork is truly an All-in-One solution.  Before deciding on any kind of Dental Patient Engagement software, make sure you compare LegWork to them.  You will see that LegWork is truly superior.

**What problems is Denticon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patient communication that is automated.   The benefits are having certain tasks taken off the plate of my team.  They can become more efficient.

Robust feature set. They do so much for us. Review generation, confirmations/reminders, two-way communication, patient forms, online booking.

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

Honestly can’t find much to complain about. They were a bit swamped when COVID hit, but every other vendor I worked with was as well.

**What problems is Denticon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digitizing and automating so much of my patient communications. Saves me thousands in staffing costs.

I am so impressed with Legwork's constant drive to provide excellence. The customer service is incredible. And of course the software is too!

That I didn't learn about this before I went through other companies that didn't deliver like Legwork does!

We are realizing that this brings immense benefit to our patients in making the experience more seamless. It also helps us not "miss" as many opportunities.

Legwork has been instrumental to our practice! We have consolidated our services with Legwork resulting in saving a ton of money each month. We have been more than pleased with the results and solutions that Legwork has provided to us.

Few occasional syncing issues rest all is good to go. The developers can look for an App that contains key functions and processes similar to the online version.

**Recommendations to others considering Denticon:**

We got a positive response and had access to everything we needed. Our patients were happy by getting reminders and they can communicate via text/email.

**What problems is Denticon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Legwork is an efficient tool to take care of our daily practices as it provides an extensive dashboard. The application is simple to use, effective and saved us money and time by consolidating our services to one single vendor.

There are aspects to legwork’s product that are not fully fleshed out

Find out what specific features you are looking for and find out how legwork performs with those features. Some features are great, others are okay

I am having issues with legwork’s online booking. It is not completely thought out, and sometimes creates more problems.

I love online forms. I had used the automatic texting in the past so feature was not new for me but i believe its more efficient.

I wish there were more space to add more forms and consent forms online. i want treatment plan reminders as well.

The software is much more useable for staff so they are more comfortable in it, both in using it and using it effectively

No real downsides, maybe it would be nice to still be able to message a patient if we archived them

Most helpful would be our new online new patient forms. I REALLY like being able to build forms myself.

Everything IS so helpful. Maybe wait time for support. Training schedule.

Legwork provides a platform that combines so many features in one packet at an affordable Price point. People support is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

Possibly using forms on iPads, but that’s a small preference issue. Some of my patients would like to use their iPads to fill out forms.

**Recommendations to others considering Denticon:**

I would recommend because of level of support, features and price. I’ve gone through 4 other vendors and they don’t compare to the “completeness” of features, price, and support as Legwork does.

Simple interface, it makes training staff easy!

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

I wish text messages for appointment reminders could be sent by family, this would be helpful for pediatric practices when more that one kiddo has an appointment on the same day so families are not receiving multiple messages.

**What problems is Denticon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Legwork has saved our employees a significant amount of time in confirming patient appointments. We also have noticed more families are calling to schedule their check-ups after receiving a reminder text through Legwork's automated system! Anyone managing a dental office knows that recall is the basis of your business' success, knowing this is being attended to behind the scenes is a relief!

**What do you like best about Denticon?**

Simplicity of route, detailing, change process, inner investigation, task supervisors for staff, and backing. The framework is web/cloud based so can get to our data and imaging from anyplace. This is astoundingly useful for our focal charging office.

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

With any patient framework, it is basic to make a point to take the time toward the front so as to get the ideal final products and detailing. This isn't a con yet something that anybody hoping to change over any framework would should be aware of.

**Recommendations to others considering Denticon:**

It's a very useful tool that let's us function at a much higher level than a small office such as ours otherwise could.

**What problems is Denticon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been on Denticon for 5+ years and have been able to see many of the beneficial enhancements that they have put out. They have been incredibly thoughtful and considerate of their clients throughout their development. We have converted offices from Eaglesoft, Softdent, and Dentrix. All conversions went incredibly smooth and staff transitioned very well.

Do a demo with a sales rep and you will see exactly how it works and realize it is not just an appointment reminder company. Ask for examples of websites they have done (really great) and talk about marketing funnels they create. The marketing automation feature is worth the cost by itself!

Multi-office functionality, ease of adding providers, incredible support team.
My request tickets are always answered quickly, courteously, and are resolved without issue.

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

Multiple steps required for basic functions such as opening schedules, granting access to employees for multiple sites. These processes can become quite tedious.

**Recommendations to others considering Denticon:**

Try it, definitely. But, designate an expert to manage the many functions and tackle the learning curve.

We are growing a wide network of employees that can access Denticon Remotely and at any time without issue. This has been extremely valuable.

It’s lacking in intuitiveness, can be confusing if you have used other software in the past.

Navigation- it only took me a few days to fully understand how to navigate and use the system functions. Also, every once and a while I receive notifications pertaining to new features

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

I will be entering in insurance information, need to go to another patient's profile, and get kicked out of what I'm doing. There isn't a "save progress" button so I am often finding myself entering in information for a 2nd/3rd time if I am every interrupted. Also, the timeclock function should include a notes section. We sometimes clock in/out late or early, and it would be nice to have a feature to add notes to instead of holding onto random pieces of paper for when it comes time to payroll. Once last thing, it is completely annoying that we have to change information in three places! Main profile, responsible party profile and insurance

Will see that there is plenty of room for improvement

unfortunately, the reminder schedule is not customizable by patient

**What do you like best about Denticon?**

I manage all of our Marketing for 5 locations and it is easy to run comprehensive reports on Denticon that give me insight to adjust our Marketing strategies and focus.

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

It is a bit of a learning curve but for the advanced insights it provides, it's about as condensed as it gets. I would like to see more design appeal though, it looks rather dated. 

**Recommendations to others considering Denticon:**

If you manage multiple practices, Denticon will give you the numbers you need to compare easily. Navigation could be better and ease of use could be simplified but it's all there in the numbers.

**What problems is Denticon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to see how our locations progress month to month and year to year and provides all the numbers to show evidence of our marketing efforts.

**What do you like best about Denticon?**

Compared to our other software uses previously, Dentrix, this software is terrible.  Denticon, has too many steps with everything from putting in new patients to making apppintments.  So, to make a long story short ,i woukd not recommend this software. 

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

Basically, everyrhing. Everyrhing takes too long. Entering patients, entering their medical and dental history, comfirming, making appointments. You have to go from one screen to the next.

**What problems is Denticon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Only thing i see so far is for insurance purposes.
