What do you like best about demandDrive?

They brought in star candidates who, if we had our way, we would have poached and brought them in-house. Also, the proactive nature was unbeatable. There will always be challenges when bringing in new candidates through an agency and the real test of the quality of the agency is how quickly they can identify problems and rectify them before they grow.

Because I could trust them to manage their BDRs effectively and to a process and target, it freed up my time as a global director to focus on the strategy and growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about demandDrive?

Sometimes they can be a little quick to hire candidates that end up not being the best fit. This is offset by their ability to quickly recognize this, offboard the low performer, and onboard a new BDR until the right one is found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering demandDrive:

Be honest about your goals, targets, and what will make your team/department successful. Don't be vague and say "bookings". Give a target conversion rate. Give a target bookings or revenue. Have a conversation and be transparent about your goals so that when you partner together, you're working towards the same finish line. What problems is demandDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a poor performing agency that cost us millions by leaving leads untouched and failing to hit the target conversion rates while still billing us the full amount. DemandDrive was a partner rather than a vendor from the start. They not only tied how they billed us to performance but also was very proactive in the management of their team, ensuring processes were followed and, on weekly performance reviews, targets were met.
