**What do you like best about demandDrive?**

I really appreciate demandDrive's reputation as a leader in the space and their proven results. I'm impressed by the quality of leads they provide, as they do proper prospecting to ensure the meetings booked are with buyers who are active and interested. Their multi-threaded prospecting approach and proper qualification prior to booking meetings stand out. I found it beneficial that their SDRs prospected both the CMO and CLO, which helped us close deals much faster. They worked within Salesforce and used their own prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, which ensured that prospecting efforts weren't duplicated with existing opportunities and provided our sales team with proper contact information. All aspects of demandDrive are fantastic, and I wouldn't change anything about their services or approach. Their entire approach is proven and effective.

I like that demandDrive is responsive to feedback, and eager/curious to learn about each unique client's approach to sales.

dD acts as an extension of each client's team and can be flexible to fit most situations.

Culturally, there is nothing quite as seamless as insourcing if you know how to manage your own outbound team internally, but even so, it is truly up the client how the dD team integrates into their internal meetings for things like product updates, all-hands, etc.

I could tell our account manager, Drea, truly cared about our success. She was constantly offering solutions, putting in so much extra work to ensure we had what we needed.

**What do you dislike about demandDrive?**

We are a different kind of business so it's hard to say this is a negative, but, it was difficult to find an SDR who fit with the background we needed. We eventually found that person but it took a little time. That being said, DemandDrive did a ton of work for us to ensure we had what we needed and were very flexible.

**Recommendations to others considering demandDrive:**

Be open to feedback! A lot of places think they're doing everything right and can't understand where they may be missing the mark. DemandDrive helps expose weaknesses and that is a GOOD thing if you're open to it.

**What problems is demandDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We enlisted DemandDrive to augment our sales process, expand our reach and test out new seller segments that we weren't sure were going to work. They allowed us to gain valuable insight into our TAM, allocate resources accordingly, and discover some holes in our sales pitch. The team also helped us learn so much more about various tools we could use to help out, how to search for contacts, ways to improve connections and so much more.

This capability enabled us to have a fully functioning team within a matter of weeks, which would have otherwise been challenging to scale and outsource quickly. The project management aspect was excellent, ensuring that all team members knew what they needed to do and felt integrated into the organization they work for. They have a skilled and repeatable process that is easy to work with, and their phenomenal onboarding process contributes significantly to the success of integrating the SDR team into the organization. They were consistently available to discuss our project and offered several different approaches to our brand story. I especially want to mention Maggie Jackson, our project manager, who not only did an outstanding job addressing our needs but also used her expertise to clearly explain what was achievable.

**What do you dislike about demandDrive?**

One thing I would mention is that much was promised during the initial pitch that turned out not to be entirely achievable. I also feel we lacked sufficient brainstorming sessions before starting the design work, especially regarding how to address some of the website’s key challenges. In the end, the new site did resolve many problems, but we missed the chance to identify and clarify certain design hiccups early on because the content wasn’t available at that stage. By the time the content was ready and we noticed these issues, it was unfortunately too late to make changes.

**Recommendations to others considering demandDrive:**

I would recommend demandDrive to others, though I suggest having more conversations about how the content will be presented in the design modules before moving forward with the approval process. Additionally, they tend to work on a tight schedule, so be ready to move quickly and ensure your team is prepared to keep up with the fast pace. Which can be a good thing if you are looking for a quick turnaround.

demandDrive managed our website redesign, taking on the challenge of our large site and addressing significant issues related to SEO, navigation, and user experience. Throughout the process, demandDrive remained accessible, attentive to our concerns, and committed to finding solutions for our complex company website.

Furthermore, their knowledge of our brand and attentive, organized approach, including clear communication and adherence to deadlines, enhance our confidence in their capabilities. I particularly value the process they guided us through during the website build, which was designed to facilitate understanding for those without UI/UX expertise, demonstrating their effectiveness and transparency. The wireframing method they used was a pivotal factor that encouraged our decision to work with demandDrive and facilitated our engagement throughout the project. Implementing a WordPress website with their help has notably increased our website traffic and resolved numerous technical issues, garnering positive feedback from both our team and external voices about the improvement in our digital presence. Additionally, their assistance with setting up HubSpot and other creative design projects shows their versatility and alignment with our requirements. There was a recent instance where communication with demandDrive fell short. During a specific project, I felt there was a big disconnect as the deliverables did not meet our quality expectations, and not all feedback was integrated as anticipated. It seemed that any ambiguity from our side went unaddressed by them until a subsequent discussion was held. However, post-discussion, they implemented a strategy by creating a document to centralize feedback with their commentary, which was a beneficial approach. This is the only time in 3 years and over numerous projects that we've had this issue, it was an anomaly.

demandDrive transformed our website, reducing technical issues and increasing traffic. Their understanding of our brand and effective communication ensure cohesive and impactful deliverables, defining our brand positioning.

In my opinion, they are a category of one in the space, with no one matching their people or process. Our account manager, Taylor Haines, in particular has been exceptional for us. She's very responsive, very professional, very easy to talk to and work with. There will always be challenges when bringing in new candidates through an agency and the real test of the quality of the agency is how quickly they can identify problems and rectify them before they grow.

Because I could trust them to manage their BDRs effectively and to a process and target, it freed up my time as a global director to focus on the strategy and growth.

Sometimes they can be a little quick to hire candidates that end up not being the best fit. This is offset by their ability to quickly recognize this, offboard the low performer, and onboard a new BDR until the right one is found.

The 2nd time that we used them, they were unable to deliver solid results. I believe it has just gotten harder over the years for any BDR or BDR firm to get meetings.

Setup a payment plan for each meeting that occurs, if possible.

One of the most beautiful aspects of demandDrive is that it enables you to not only solve your SDR problems, but also do it in an extremely quick fashion. They take into consideration your personal preferences when developing the sales solution so that it meets your exact needs. For example, if your main goal is to increase profit, the solution might be different than if your main goal is customer retention. This is expecially beneficial to small to medium sized companies, as they do not have the resources to implement a sales force on a contract based basis.

**What do you dislike about demandDrive?**

I've not experienced any hurdles using demandDrive. We've had a very successful partnership with them and it has been a pleasure to work with them.

Especially for small businesses who are looking to increase their SDR efforts, demandDrive is a great resource and solution to help develop a sales force to increase your revenue stream.

demandDrive helped us build an SDR function that enabled us to generate sales leads for the company by sending customized SDR solutions to large number of customers. This has proven very beneficial for us as we get leads much faster than we used to and by being able to customize a sales solution for the customer we are able to address customer issues quickly and increase our revenue stream.
