"DeepHow is great for making SOPs easy."
What do you like best about DeepHow?

I really appreciate how simple it is to add captions and use the AI voiceover feature. These tools make it much easier for viewers to follow along whenever necessary. Integrating videos into our existing file sharing systems is also straightforward. Creating SOPs as a proof of concept for our department was a smooth process, and now we are considering a full implementation of DeepHow in our training workflows. What do you dislike about DeepHow?

The studio can be a bit tricky to use at first. It is not as refined as I would like. The distribution of completed SOPs can also be quite difficult at times. The generated written SOPs aren't always as detailed as I would like, and are often more surface level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DeepHow?

What makes DeepHow special is its simplicity. DeepHow makes it so you can record, upload, edit, and publish a training video quickly and easily without much technical knowledge and without all of the bells and whistles of typical video editing softwares. This simplicity translates, for us, to quick creation of much needed training content which would otherwise not exist due to the friction of creating a training video using other conventional methods. What do you dislike about DeepHow?

One area for improvement is the "Step" format of the videos. If, for example, I wanted to include a PowerPoint slide at a few different points in the video to stop and explain something, it'd have to be done in a different step. This would turn an easy 1-2-3 step video into 1-2-3-4-5-6 steps when really there were 3 steps but needed some additional time to explain some subtleties, each requiring their own step. "Game changer."
What do you like best about DeepHow?

There are so many things I could list about Deephow. The application is easy to use and can be impactful in so many areas. We use it to capture best practices and share them with other techs and locations. We use it to communicate safety and people department information. It has reduced the length of time it takes to train a newer employee and reduced the amount of time spent on refresher training. We have seen an increase in employee self-confidence and confidence in team members. At this point, we have not found a limit to what we can do with Deephow. The best part of Deephow though has been the people behind it. They are supportive and always looking to improve. There is always someone available to help. They listen to their customers and grow based on our needs. The application and the people are unmatched and we are grateful for what they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DeepHow?

My issues are very minor and I struggle to see them as issues. Every issue I have is currently being worked on and I already know that a solution is coming and they are good at keeping us up to date. I would like to see a 2nd audio track and I want them to continue to improve the editing process. It's hard to call these issues because they are getting it done. What do you like best about DeepHow?

Capturing Knowledge so it can move from being tribal knowledge of an individual operator to institutional knowledge in a digital library accessible to all frontline operators has been a huge win. Videos are 'Best Practices'. Everyone is trained on the accepted best method to address an issue. Having a trainee demonstrate proficiency on a task by being in the video is an added bonus. DeepHow utilizes video to train and educate employees. This is much more effective than traditional written procedures. The software, video creation, and editing are user friendly and easily lets local leadership create training material. What do you like best about DeepHow?

DeepHow prepares workers for new learning by being able to watch skills prior to hands on experiences. It cuts learning time greatly. It also serves as an on-demand refresher or reference tool when the trainer is not available. DeepHow is a great tool to standardize processes. Videos are created, people come together to review them and standard processes are established. DeepHow can be used to reduce redundant presentations/meetings by simply recording them and sending them to the people who need the information.

Out compnay has saved enormous amounts of money by showing pre-hire videos allowing candidates to decide on the spot if the job is not for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DeepHow?

Maintaining the data base of people is cumbersome. I have to manually add and remove employees as they hire in and leave. I also dislike the categories- I would like to name my own categories based on my plant. I would like to create my own channels based on our value streams- the organization is too global.
