The platform’s elegant dashboards give me a window into how customers engage with our brand so I can better understand trends and enhance their experience. **What do you dislike about datakili?** I have found its drawback in terms of integration with our old CRM software. Data import is a quite tedious process and its implementation needs assistance from a technical specialist, which in a way hampers effective work. **What problems is datakili solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Datakili’s omnichannel approach, these sources of data are no longer disparate, and a more complete picture of customer behavior is possible. As a result, this new knowledge enlightened me to proactively target individual customers and increase more sales. ### 2. The presented dashboards are easy to read, so I can see how customers approach our brand and enhance the experience accordingly. **What do you dislike about datakili?** I have been able to find some challenges when it comes to data integration from some of our old marketing automation systems. It can be time consuming and also needs IT support from our IT department. **What problems is datakili solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer engaging, has been radically changed for the better by Datakili.
