**What do you like best about datakili?**

Datakili is mapping the interactions between our customer and our organization at different stages. The presented dashboards are easy to read, so I can see how customers approach our brand and enhance the experience accordingly.

**What do you dislike about datakili?**

I have been able to find some challenges when it comes to data integration from some of our old marketing automation systems. It can be time consuming and also needs IT support from our IT department.

**What problems is datakili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer engaging, has been radically changed for the better by Datakili. Minimised data and the presentation of visual insights means that I am now able to well inform my actions, such as enhancing the customer journey and marketing campaign performance.
