"Great Dashboard and AI Rule Generation That Speeds Up Data Cleaning"

What do you like best about DataGroomr?

The dashboard is great showing all the necessary information for data cleaning. The Ui is clean and friendly and the AI rules generation helps us tremendously in filtering and focusing on the types of duplicates we would like to catch. This has helped in reeducing our time in data cleaning efforts.

What do you like best about DataGroomr?

I really like how simple the UI is and how easy it is to navigate. The interface is intuitive, and the matching rules save us a tremendous amount of time by catching duplicates that Salesforce’s native duplicate rules miss. This is an app our organization relies on daily and it has become vital to our Salesforce operations. Their customer support is always incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. What do you like best about DataGroomr?

I appreciate the comprehensive functionality that DataGroomr offers, which perfectly supports our needs in resolving duplicate records within Salesforce. The software enables a granular approach to selecting, purging, and merging duplicates, which was exactly what we were looking for. Additionally, I find the interface to be very user-friendly, which is a significant upgrade from other solutions we initially considered. The onboarding experience was enriched by excellent support from Alex and Steve, who were attentive and accommodated our requirements during the trial. Their flexibility and support ensured we were well-equipped to assess DataGroomr's suitability to our needs before signing the contract. The application's ability to set complex matching rules, export data to CSV, and manage Salesforce duplicate reports stands out as incredibly useful. What do you like best about DataGroomr?

It is a low-fuss setup, that allows full customisation but provides a lot of guardrails and defaults if we choose. It also gives great transparent updates on both Datagroomr and Salesforce, on the status of requests, and logs the different users action so we have an audit trail. "The perfect dedupe tool"

What do you like best about DataGroomr?

I love DataGroomr.

I spearheaded an entity resolution project at my ~1500 person org and spent a lot of time looking into deduping tools. I did calls with 5 different companies, and researched about 10. DataGroomr won out, and I'm so glad they did. The whole team has been so helpful, we cut our duplicate problem down from experiencing multiple reports of duplicate accounts every single day to maybe one or two a week.

Additionally, they have amazing process automation tools which allowed us to automate things related to forecasting, other SaaS integrations, user management, and of course, continuous deduping for our company.

Best of all, it's an extremely affordable, scalable solution.

What do you dislike about DataGroomr?

This isn't actually a bad thing, and I don't dislike it, but I do want to warn new users: There is a learning curve to this tool, and it's unavoidable.

You will need to spend some time figuring out the logic if you want to get the most out of it. But everyone over at DataGroomr is so nice, they're all willing to help you with even the most complicated requests. I actually picked this tool over competitors because of the complexity. What problems is DataGroomr solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had an enormous duplicate problem in our SFDC instance with about a decade of tech debt to clean up, and I was the sole administrator of this project. It seemed impossible, but with DG, I was able to get the system cleaned up within a couple months. This is a project I thought would take multiple people at least a year, so I'm very impressed.

I also found out I could automate a few other things for the business. It's one of those tools that has a lot of hidden potential beyond the initial deduping scope, as long as you're willing to play with it and experiment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DataGroomr was essential in integrating our previously siloed systems"

What do you like best about DataGroomr?

DataGroomr made it quick and easy to merge duplicate contacts, accounts, leads, etc. After years of siloed data in multiple systems coming together, we had loads of cleanup to do. DataGroomr made it quick and easy to identify those duplicates and merge them. Being able to filter and search based on all the variables in our instance made it pain-free to sort out multiple site installations from true duplicates. Getting everything implemented was easy. I would love the ability to merge opportunities, we struggle with our sales operations team creating opportunities because they cannot identify the correct opportunity in SalesForce. What do you like best about DataGroomr?

Human interaction. DataGroomr team has always been available to follow up with us as we were learning the tool. Their technical team has walked us through setting up things in our org and were able to help us understand what pre existed before I took over. The functionality of the tool is intuitive and many things can be setup with point and click administration. The matching models and criteria take some time to learn and understand. The product is intuitive when you use it all the time, but it can be challenging to pick up. I'd like to see a way to connect data sets without having to connect a whole object for cleaning. Sometimes I'd prefer to connect a subset of data instead of all the data on an Object. What problems is DataGroomr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing duplicate records, quality of data as it relates to Address fields or emails, and standardization of data is a nightmare without Datagroomr. My client had over 700k accounts, with over 96k duplicates. Creating a formula to isolate the duplicates and have a high confidence in merging the data has significantly reduced the amount of time we're spending cleaning and merging data. Additionally, the roll back feature gives peace of mind should there be an issues with a merge. I think overall, data quality management is such a difficult topic to tackle internally due to all the variables at play with record data. The DataGroomr team has been absolutely incredible in helping us strategize best practices, actually helping us learn the product, and taking our requests in product releases or updates.
