"Unified Data Across Salesforce, but a Steep Learning Curve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Data 360 (formerly Salesforce Data Cloud)?

I like that Data 360 gives you a much more unified view of data that would otherwise be spread across multiple systems. The biggest value for me is being able to bring that information together and make it usable across Salesforce without having to completely redesign the underlying source systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Data 360 (formerly Salesforce Data Cloud)?

The biggest downside is the complexity. It is extremely capable, but there is definitely a learning curve around the data model, identity resolution, ingestion, and understanding how everything fits together. It can feel like a lot to take in when you are first getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
